The app overall gives you the info you need but there is way too much navigation and clicks necessary to get to the info needed (grades and assignment completion in particular). It also doesn’t support Face ID (crashes when you try and turn on Touch ID for a device without that). It’s been 2 years since an update, will there be another at some point to bring this up to date?

Login Error
This app isn't letting me sign in with my login info given on the Realtime website. On the website it states, "Use the login information you use for this portal to log into the app".

Very helpful
This makes it so easy and nice to be able to check my children’s attendance and get alerts sent to my iPhone. Highly recommend!

It forgets to remember
I might be doing something wrong somewhere, so let’s acknowledge that. I selected “Remember Me” and it does that. Except, if I turn off my phone or lose Cellular or WiFi, it doesn’t remember anything anymore. So I have to type everything back in. The app would be great if that were fixed because it does what I need it to do. It’s useless if it doesn’t get fixed.

Touch ID crashes every time and have to re-enter password

Works fine, but Face ID don’t work
It works, but I see button touch id and when I use it application failed

Need password every time
App is bulky , but tolerable. The worst is that it doesn’t save the password even though there is an option to “remember me” and the touch enable crashes the program

Where are the other school districts?
I’m a teacher and a parent. Both of the school districts use Real-time parent portal, but I do not see our districts listed, in-fact there are only three districts to choose from.
