By turning on the option "Link Health" in the settings screen, the data that you have entered in RecStyle will appear in Health as well.

* You can easily customize the items you want to manage!
With RecStyle you can add items indispensible for dieting, such as 'weight' and 'body fat', and you can also manage your 'muscle mass', useful for muscle training.
In addition, you can easily add 'waist', 'BMI', 'all types of stamps (overate, exercise, drank too much, constipation, poor health, menstruating)', and 'text notes' with one touch from the input screen.

* A detailed graph display that's easy to understand!
When you've entered values such as your weight and body fat, try turning your device sideways.
It will automatically change to a graph display, where you can check the change in your values as well as stamps and notes you've entered previously.
In addition, you can check the average value for each 'week' or 'month' with the buttons on the upper left of the screen.

* Stop forgetting to input with daily notifications!
If you set the time that you usually weigh yourself, it will send a notification to stop you forgetting to input.

* 5 colors to choose from!
You can change the color to suit your tastes or your mood for that day, from five different colors: black, white, orange, green and pink. You can tackle your weight recording any time with a fresh attitude.

* Of course it is also complete with basic functionality!

Simple and easy
Simple works! Some apps have a tons of options that are just distracting. No way to get confused with this one.

This app is great, I have lost count of how many people I have recommended it to. I weigh myself daily to get a better idea of my actual weight since a measurement from once a week can be misleading. RecStyle can show you the weekly or monthly trend by the press of a button! This allows you to get a better understanding of your progress. It's basically what the Apple health app should be. Additionally, you can see the trend of body fat, waist side and muscle as well. A recommendation would be to also be able to sync lbm information from health and perhaps changing the 'muscle' tab to LBM.

Two clicks and one slide to enter data, super easy
I was specifically looking for a weight tracking app that required the least amount of work to enter data (because the more steps it takes to enter data, the less likely I am to keep tracking for months on end).

This was the easiest app I could find. One click into the app, one click to edit your current weight for the day, and then select current weight with a slide. Much easier than entering weight number by number.

Great app! One additional minor feature would make it perfect....
I use a body comp scale and as most people know a person's weight and other related values determined by such scales is determined by one's electrical conductivity. The more hydrated you are of course the more you weigh (what I would call good weight). I'd love to see data entry field for % water.

To work around this limitation I enter water percentage in the notes feild but since this is not tracked I can't see the value graphed.

Finally if you want to go superstar with the app love to see an attempt made to try to normalize data based upon hydration. This would eliminate much of the daily fluctuations in values and produce a more representative data comparison.

Thanks again and you can't go wrong with this app and its integration to Apple Health!

Nearly perfect
I wanted an app to record weight and body fat and graph them. This does. Easier than most apps, has worked flawlessly for more than 6 months, exports data as well. Only thing I've wished for is the ability to customize the zoom, but that is a small nit to pick in an otherwise flawless app.

Simple and Easy
I've been using this app to reach my weight goal. Easy to use. I like the daily reminder. (Wouldn't mind an option to set weigh-in intervals). I like how when it reminds you to weigh-in, it also tells you how far you are from goal. When you rotate the device, you can see a graph of your progress.

An excellent tracker!
What I was looking for was a simple way to keep up with my weight as I worked towards my goal. When I got was simplicity and the ability to take notes regarding my diet, my workouts, and my daily habits which would all be included in the graph which I didn't expect.

It's an awesome feeling to look back at that graph since I started and to see the downward trend as I lost 37 pounds! I also had the added ability to track my BM I and percentage of body fat.

I will continue using this app, not just to track my weight, but to see trans-in my lifestyle.

Easy to use. Simple but chic design. Love the fat and muscle options. I could really track my body after junk food or big meal or vacation. I have vivofit and iPhone but Will continue use this app.

It does exactly what I was looking for. I want to be able to enter and graph my body weight and fat percentage daily using a single screen to input the data and be able to graph it. Done.

Almost perfect
I use this app to keep trAck of my progress and just by using it every morning, i see my results.

I know that weight and body fat percentage is connected to Apple Health Via recstyle, but is there Any way to incorporate *Muscle mass percentage* into apple health as well Or am i asking too much?

On another note, is it possible to add *water* as an optional trackable body composition? This would be extremely helpful. 💪🏽

Update: I lost 40 lbs. I still use the app everyday. But could still use the water option. Thanks mate
