We have implemented a new feature to request to review the app after you have used it for some time. The review dialog will appear only if you have used most common sections of our app (login, posting a thread and a reply, store listing, database etc.).
We have added a "Report issue" screen where you can report any problems you are having with the app and optionally include additional information about the app state, so we can reproduce the problem and resolve it asap.
Another issue fixed is related to opening the app from push notifications received when a user follows your account.

Disappointing
Lots of potential, unfortunately... Stability on an iPhone5 is questionable at many places in the app. The app does not make use of basic iOS capabilities such as self-rotating when the iPad or IPhone is in a different orientation. Info in the 4 fee-based databases is for the most part very basic and could use significant updating, including higher-res photos. Unfortunately in its present release, I can't recommend this app and will continue to use alternative information sources for now.

I love what is happening with this app, every release it gets better and better. It really is my guide for all tank related things.

At first glance, awesome, but...
When you go ahead and pay for the fish and coral databases, the app crashes when trying to view the paid for data. One specific is the "false lemon peel tang", as soon as you attempt to scroll to the data the app crashes.
The free part works, just don't waste the money on the pay portions until they fix it.

New changes are great!
But it needs landscape keyboard again. Difficult to read threads and type without landscape. Especially when it was there before and we are used to it.

Pics won't load and the app always has 99+ new posts every time I open it...when I read a few posts and go back, it still says 99+...for 1.99 this thing should work. No landscape keyboard, really? Oh and the fish and coral parts are an additional dollar EACH...extra nonsense...please fix this app

Database issues?
The app seemed pretty appealing because it offered a database for fish, coral and other saltwater aquarium information. But once I attempted to get any databases nothing would load up. Even after 3 days of attempting to get them during multiple times in the day nothing happened. 👺 Another disappointment is the lack of ability to contact any help personnel or tech for the app to address the issue.

I hate this app! It is not reliable and never works. I have had the app for years and it has become progressively worse. The app just was updated and now it doesn't even load any of the forums. I am disappointed because this app was good at one point. I really hope they fix the bugs. They are always updating it claiming that they fixed the bugs but the app just got worst!
