Keeps saying media not found
I am paid subscriber and it keeps saying media not found after I just copied the link. I have emailed in about this issue and no response. I even have the latest version!

It was working great till….
The app was working amazing for my business and I paid for the pro version. I was recommending this app to all my business friends but then I had to cancel my subscription because I can’t even use the app. Everytime I try to download a reel it says “media not found “ every single time. I tried to delete and redownload the app. I tried to find a way to update it. Doesn’t give me and option no where in the App Store or in my setting or on the app to update the app. I’m super disappointed. I hope this issue is fixed too. Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue. Please make your update user friendly or provide instructions somewhere on your app.

Went from unreliable to unusable
I’ve had this app for a long time. It’s never been consistently able to perform without crashing or freezing. I used to be able to restart the app, switch to stronger Wi-Fi/data or just wait a bit and it would work, but now it crashes 100% of the time once I paste the URL. It’s no fun to pay for an app that was never reliable in the first place but now doesn’t work. It shouldn’t be a paid app frankly. I fully believe people should be paid for their work but if they aren’t delivering what they promised…it’s a different conversation.

Why is it crashing now?
I have been a paid subscriber of this app for months and up until now it was great but for the past week it is rendered useless! It simply won’t work anymore! I open & immediately it CRASHES I’m canceling my subscription to this app & forced to look or an alternative that works! Not wasting my hard earned money on something that doesn’t work 👎👎

Annoying to use
It’s a good app to download or repost but, it’s constantly bombarding you with adds and the upgrade. It takes up the whole screen. Sometimes you have to wait longer on the adds themselves than the actual video or reel. Good idea | poorly executed app.

Purchased the upgrade for no watermark, downloaded three videos, then got this error. App no longer works. Not really worth the $1.99 now.
