Autostart overhaul:
+ Autostart now begins a countdown to the first attention signal as soon as you enable it. No need to worry whether it is working!
+ Forgot to turn on your clock? No worries! Just enter the time of your warning signal and your clock will begin at the appropriate point mid-sequence
User preferences are now persisted from session to session.
