First, the ability to time delay, then capture a repeating loop of that time delay for teaching, is perfect. If this has existed 50 years ago coaches would not be talking so much. BUT …
1. This is abandon-ware, updated 5years ago, so it either works or doesn’t on your device.
2. The button that triggers the Replay Loop only stays visible for about 10 seconds … this disappears … so you have to tap the screen to bring it up, THEN tap it to grab the loop. Not terminal, but annoying, and you have to add this second into your reactions …. Just a flaw you have to program in as you use it … and in a busy coaching/teaching environment you don’t want extra steps. The best apps, like BAM, have minimal resistance to use, easy GUI flow. There are others with great features but horrible interfaces, so they don’t get used. Coaches, teachers, need simple interfaces.
This is REALLY worth exploring if you coach (college volleyball for me) until it dies its eventual horrible “abandoned death.” The ability to grab a loop, of a period YOU control, and view it repeatedly with an athlete until done (including trimming it down easily with the bottom sliders to just the critical parts) … is life-changing. Athletes don’t need to HEAR … they need to SEE.
So show them.
