I love this app, however this is the 2nd time that I have an issue related to my registration. I bought this way before the whole monthly and yearly subscription. And terms at the time sad, it was a lifetime license… The first time I had this issue, I wrote the same type of message you guys helped me to restore my purchase. I try to use the app today, but it wanted me to UPDATE the app. I did, but then it went back to the monthly or yearly subscription type of lissome!!! So strange, the app should know my e-mail and that I am a lifetime license registered owner, but no, it does not know. I would have contact you guys via e-mail or phone, but there is no link or contact info here to do so!!! So I am letting you know my issue here, in the hope somebody from you office will get back to me regarding this issue, and help me to restore my license!!! Thanks.

June 23, 2022, Finally the REPOST support team contacted me, and help me to restore my account to what it was, before the update. I highly recommend this up to all, I use all the time, and it is very easy to use.

The app worked better than most similar apps and the subscription cost was fair. i bought it when it was a one time purchase but my premium stopped working when the subscription premium came out. wasn't a big deal so i left it alone. but i when i use it i'm always able to download and required several tries before being successful. Sometimes it worked but now it work at all. Recently the app keeps prompting for a log in even though it shows your account is logged in. I continuously try to log in but it keeps saying my password is wrong when its not. i know i'm putting in the correct password because my phone saves them and i can log in to instagram with the same password outside of the app. The processing indicator never shows a percentage, it never shows any indication that the IG content is being downloaded. This seems to have started late May 2022 and into June. wifi is good, tried cellular data too. iPhone SE 2nd gen. iOS 15.5. deleted app reinstalled, nothing.

UPDATE: while the team did respond to my review rather quickly; stating that they were pushing out an update for the issue, when the update came out and I downloaded it, it still did not work. I bought a lifetime license for this app a few years back for my business and I still used it until now. this has been going on for at least a month now and it's getting extremely frustrating. I will be considering looking into other services if this doesn't get resolved soon.

I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years. I bought a license to be able to repost without the annoying tag. I’ve been happy with this app and experienced no problem with it. A couple of years ago, I guess the app was bought by another developer or something, and I suddenly lost my lifetime license. Customer support restored my old subscription upon contacting them. I reopened the app today because I wanted to do a repost and suddenly my lifetime license is gone again! Is this a joke? Why would you do this to your loyal users? Can someone at support restore my license? I already paid so why are you asking me to pay again?!

EDIT: I emailed support and they quickly responded and fixed the problem. Thank you to the customer support representative who took immediate action. This is an awesome app with great customer support when needed.

This is the second time I have had a registration issue with this app. App is great and I use it. But suddenly it doesn’t work and it says I have no subscription. Why. I downloaded this App and then Paid for it. The developers seldom updated the App and it began to work more and more poorly till it didn’t work at all. Now the App is updated and re-launched. Except it is he exact same name and the same App. For many people like me, the one time fee means nothing. Basically we purchased an App that the developer sold with the promise of a one time fee. But their business model failed and so they let the App lay idle till it no longer worked and are now charging (a much higher fee) for the same app. Same name. Same icon. They are crooks and Apple doesn’t care either because they get their cut each time the developers scam another sucker.

I wrote the developer in 2021 and they responded quickly sending me a link that renewed the app. I continue to use the app frequently.

Just recently (about a year later) the same thing happened. I wrote again and within 24 hours they responded. I am thrilled with the response and of course the app.

After making a comment about a shortcoming of this app. A developer reached out to understand my issue. After providing the requested information he/she went to work. Within a couple of days I was messaged and asked to “test the changes”. Worked great! I since sent a couple of other suggestions for consideration. For the teams willingness to listen to customer concerns and then actual doing something about it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I do have another suggestion if I may. Can you look into allowing the app to auto rotate? I am using my iPad to post with an aftermarket case & keyboard. The app will not rotate so that it works with my setup. Thanks!

Cell connection is good, tried Wi-Fi too. iPhone 7 iOS 15.4.1, deleted app reinstalled, nothing. The website version of this app works with the same IG links if that matters at all.

It can repost just like it claims…but I literally cannot buy the subscription, like I literally want to buy it to try it out, I can’t buy it OR get the 3 day trial then pay. Every time I tap “continue” no matter if I have the free trial highlighted or not it just gives me the message that says “The network connection was lost” or another one that says “An error occurred” . I tried it on my boost’s LTE since I know sometimes our wifi hear can be the problem, still getting the same message. Not sure what else to say lol. Otherwise The app works just fine…..weird

June 1st 2022 update
Now I can’t use the app at all?? The app randomly logged me off and now everytime I try to log in I get nothing but this message “FailedtoFindSharedDataHTML” highlighted in red! Idk whats going on but this app is starting to seem real suspicious, I WILL be keeping an eye on my actual insta account.

I had given this app a one star to start with because I had the original Repost app and it stopped working to download the new & same app and logo to see I had to pay monthly when I originally had a one time payment of $4.99 for life. I am now giving the app a 5 star because I had contacted the developer by email and they had given me my premium back in the new app. Thank you so much for all the help. Will definitely recommend the app.

Update… Won’t let me log into my account to save stories. Was able to get them yesterday and not today 😭 you need to update app or something.

I was using another repost app and up until recently I was loving that app. Especially since I didn’t need a subscription to get what I wanted for a long time. However, that app has been acting up lately with excessive reauthentication issues.

This app was next in line and unfortunately, I have to get the subscription just to remove watermarks. I’m okay with that but where this app falls short, after every single picture I save, it takes me to Instagram immediately. I find that very annoying since I’m reposting multiple picture at one time. If a setting can be added to toggle that on and off, I’d be much happier.

I have the same app that I downloaded little while ago. And recently it stopped working for me. So I went to look for the update and didn’t see one. So I did a search for the app name and this app popped up. Same app and developer just a new listing and a need to download. So I downloaded it and I can’t transfer my subscription from previous app to this one which is a total SCAM. What will happened with this app? Stop working and then a new one with same picture icon and name and data will pop up???? Total scam I would like my subscription moved over to this or refunded since I can no longer use the older version of this app. Yes there is no update to be done they just vanished and made this copy of the old one. Very shady imo just another money scheme to gouge people over and over. And they said in the other comments that you can’t save photos to roll??? Wow man bring back my old app and make it work
