this app is great! it’s one of the only apps that has helped me with meditation and it’s simple function really eliminates the extra steps commonly found in meditation apps. i have a few small constructive criticism for the developers, if they are open to it. 1. the app’s timer doesn’t fully work when your phone is off, which can be improved (maybe add a setting where you can choose if the timer goes off or not while your phone is off?). 2. it would be nice if the visualization page that activates once you start a session had a timer/stopwatch for how long you’ve been meditating for. 3. the bell fade option should have a setting where you can choose your own time (not just defaulted to 2 minutes. but overall, this app is great! hopefully the developers can take these suggestions into account and make it even better :)

Thank you for developing this app, which allows me to match my breathing pattern to the tonal cues. I use it for both meditation and sleep. I have worked intermittently with breath techniques over the years, with varying degrees of success. This app virtually eliminates the frustration and effort of self-direction and allows for a better, more predictable, experience.
