Bet restrictions and deposit scam

1. The deposit offer, or lack thereof, is confusing. I deposited $500 with the welcome offer, and nothing received. Reached out to support — no help.
2. I’m currently in the red and yet Resort has limited my bets to $3 max. How is it legal that the casino can take our money, and just decide that’s enough and restrict its players. There’s some really questionable ethical lines being crossed.

Place is a joke

I thought sports books made money by taking wagers ? Apparently not. Limits below 10 dollars on a variety of wagers. In some cases limit a dollar or less. Repeated attempts through both chat room and emailing customer service and it’s obvious they read off a script. Every bet is at the traders discretion. Their percentage of NY market has to be at/near bottom along with Wynn and Bally’s.

Scam

This company is a scam. They will take your money. They claim to offer a sign up bonus and then will not honor any bonus. I deposited $250 with a promise of one free bet up to $500. I lost the bet contacts customer service and they said to bad we no longer offer that. The company is a scam. Do no trust them or deposit with them their are many other companies that will honor promotions.

False Advertisement. Poor customer service.

I searched on google for apps that give free bets. This app came up advertised by the app themselves and said if we sign up we get $250. I downloaded the app and signed up and didn’t get the $250 free bet. Its click bait. I contacted customer service and they said they don’t offer that anymore. Yet they are advertising it. FALSE ADVERTISING.

DO NOT USE

After using the app for a few days you won’t be able to place bets of over ~$10. Customer service says that it’s at the “Traders’ discretion”. Interesting how that happens after you win/lose some big wagers. Read other reviews — common problem. Please use any other sports book

Zero promos

All other sports app offer occasional promos especially with big events, this one has none and doesn’t even have a referral program !! Not worth it , hope they make adjustments. Won’t use it again until they do

Poor promotion

This sports app is The worst promotion . Not risk free bet of $500 if I have to put my own $500 up. Then you get $500 risk free after you lost . That’s not a risk free bet. Other NY sports app out there better then this sports app. This is the worst sports app I seen so far with the worst promotion out there for a first time.

Terrible

Slow payout and there’s been multiple times where all live MLB games disappear which is probably the reasoning for the slow payout. Plenty of better options than this book
