DO NOT USE - RUN AWAY
If I could give it zero stars I would. How can they mess up the massage chairs soo badly, of course the chair will eat your money before you realise it only works with the stupid app that is so glitchy to register. After 10 min registering for a 5 min massage when you finally set up your account and confirm your email/phone then you find out that the 5RM I put in is gone for good, but they were generous enough to give me a 3RM new member credit. I am mentally preparing myself for the inevitable barrage of spam texts and email I am about to receive after signing up for this crap app.
If you see these chairs and they require this app, RUN AWAY and save your money for an ice cream bar or something you will enjoy more.

app for massage chair?!?!
What happened to simply putting money in and enjoying the experience?? spent time downloading it and trying to register (so not user friendly). neither me nor my friend never got OTP via phone number (even though we have local malaysian numbers), luckily it arrived on the email.. my friend put 5rm into the machine and it just took it and requested further registration, after which nothing happened.. got free 12min out of it for registering, that’s the last time using this service

Waste of Airport Real Estate
Wow! This app makes the massage chairs in Klia 2 terminal a colossal waste of space and money! As mentioned in a previous review, to access the app one must have a phone number from a list of 8 countries. This is at an international hub for an airline serving most of Asia. So instead of taking in the money, these chairs have become glorified charging stations! The airport should be ashamed of this loss of this retail real estate! The space these chairs occupy could easily bring in Millions monthly!

App doesn’t work for US banks
I tried to use these chairs at KLIA and to use the chairs, you need 1) an account 2) registered card from specific countries. When I tried to put in my US card for payment, it doesn’t work- and this is after spending over 20 minutes to get registered only to have it hang while processing my payment. No one is using these chairs for massages. It just doesn’t work!

I top up 50RM
I am transiting for 8 hrs in KL airport . So i wanna use these chairs for relaxing. I top up 50RM. But i only used 1 times 10 min for twice then my 30RM is gone. And the app is just doesn't have any customer care and now I don't know who to call and whom to send help in this app. This is unacceptable. If i top up 1000? Then i don't use, the app will just do them disappear? Luckily i only top up 50RM.

Wont log in
App takes 20 minutes to download and then requieres a phone number to proceed. Problem is after clicking save and proceed the app just keeps loading and never finishes. After another 20 minutes I gave up and my flight was ready to board. Nice waste of 40 minutes standing next to a massage chair in stead of grabbing a seat.

Impossible to use
Have to download an app and enter a phone number. Trick is that it can only be a phone number from certain countries, not to mention that if you’re traveling internationally and have a layover your foreign SIM card won’t work anyway.

they make it close to impossible to pay. Do no do it! I never got my massage, got charged and got told to get off the chair throughout the entire process. No bueno.

Not user friendly.
The Top Up function doesn’t work properly. Deleted the app as I don’t want to deal with it. I’ll just settle for walking past your chairs at the malls and airports.
