updated version has glitches. where there is an option to report urine shade, clicking on a different option brings me to the 'notes' screen. and where there is an option to leave notes, it brings me back to the bpm screen.

The first thing this moronic thing does is ask you to log in with NO WHERE TO REGISTER. I put in my email and it says that it has sent the password-no such password.

I have been using this program for a year now and have loved it. I have had trouble remembering to do it so now that it is in an App form I couldn't be happier. As a professional Nordic skier, recovery is one of the biggest overlooked things in the sport. Matt and his team of scientists and researchers understand what it is like to be an athlete and what it takes to be the best. RestWise is the best way to make sure your body is ready to go every day!

new mom, getting fit again
As an amateur athlete with a new baby, I need to be careful with my exercise and get the most out of my lighted time. Restwise helps me decide if I can go hard or need to take it easy. It has also been really educational for me. Can I give it six stars?

Can't log in. Just found out something re an exorbitant subscription. A lot better apps available for much less money, or even free. Don't bother w this one. -signed 'a disappointed Sports Med MD'
