Great product.
I have been using the Revian cap for approximately 1 year (maybe a little more). I did a lot of research on this product after years of thinning hair. I have never been able to find out the exact cause of my thinning hair but I strongly suspect it was a combination of things including some medical issues, overprocessing that might have caused some scalp irritation, and of course, hormones. I have changed multiple things so I cannot say that Revian is the sole contributor, but I have been diligent in using it as recommended for 10 minutes daily for at least 28 out of 30 days a month. I can see a difference. Do I have thick, full hair? No, but I’m not 20 years old anymore either. I know that this cap is an investment but it is painless, quick and simple to use everyday. I wish I had before and after but I don’t because honestly I wasn’t expecting a big change. The change has been subtle but I’m much happier than I was 2-3 years ago.
The customer service has been fabulous, which makes paying a large amount for this product even more satisfying. I have only needed to contact customer service a few times, but the response has been very quick and it has been customized to my question or request so I know the company actually listens to its customers.
I highly recommend this product.

Outstanding Results!
I’ve struggled with trying to come to terms with my hair loss for a long time. I’ve felt like I’ve tried all the possible products until I came across this. Throughout the use of the head piece and this beautifully made app, I have finally been able to step outside comfortably without a hat. Within a couple months of use I had thicker, fuller hair that genuinely felt like I was back in my high school days. I’m feeling confident and powerful now that my hair has regained it’s peak form. My wife is loving it too 🤫. All in all, couldn’t recommend this product more.

App is unnecessary and slow - hat constantly dead
Red light treatments work. They work well! It’s proven. I use a mask for my face and LOVE it! You simply push a button and it comes on for the allotted time (3 minutes.) It only has to be charged maybe once every 90 uses. That’s it, nice and simple! Revian is obnoxious. First of all you basically only get two uses out of it and it dies/forces you to charge it. I hate having the huge helmet sitting around my place charging constantly. Not to mention, going to put it on, feeling proud you are completing the daily task and it almost always says “nope! I’m dead. Oh well. Guess you aren’t actually completing this task.” It’s sooooo frustrating! Furthermore, you have to utilize this pointless app. Why can’t I just push a button and it turn on? Why do I have to launch a slow app, connect which takes forever, only to find out most of the time it’s dead anyways! But if I’m lucky and it’s not dead, have to click another button to start. So many unnecessary steps. Look for another manufacturer. I can’t recommend this brand considering its price and obnoxious user experience. It’s almost as if they are deterring you from using it??? So odd.

Great app, even better product
This app works in conjunction with the company’s red light hair regrowth. Works as it should.
You control the device through the app and it keeps track of your treatments. You can also set reminders to insure you keep yourself on track.
Btw - the device works great - 30 days and I had hair!

Easy to use - great results
Love the simplicity & ease to connect with my phone & then able to take 10 min to either listen to some music, play a game, or answer emails. I’ve been using for about 6 months with 90% compliance & pleased with results. Definitely thicker hair that I have & some evidence of new hair growth on crown.

So easy to use
I’m not that comfortable/experienced with apps so I was hesitant to buy this product. It was so easy to set up and I never miss a treatment! And I’m growing hair!
