Description

The complete outcomes tracker, incorporating patient-reported outcomes and objective functional outcomes data including:
-Pain, function, and satisfaction ratings
-International Hip Outcome Tool (IHOT-12) score
-Step count and walking distance
-Daily exercise time and calories

This app integrates with the HealthKit app to retrieve activity data, and uses this data to track patient activity levels and recovery.
