willwalexander,
Awesome, ingenious app that looks great and works flawlessly
This app makes clever use of your device’s accelerometer to measure the forces you’re being subjected to on amusement park rides. It works very well, and as an iOS programmer myself, I can tell that Stephen has spent an inordinate amount of time reading and interpreting Apple’s interface guidelines for iOS apps.

A couple off the cuff ideas come to mind while using the app.

The first is to maybe integrate something like RCDB into your app to allow users to select the ride and seat location of a recording from a drop-down menu and maybe see some ride stats. A default could potentially be set based on geolocation.

The second is to set up some sort of database of user recordings where riders can compare forces and seat locations. This would probably depend on the aforementioned RCDB integration, or on crowdsourced data from users of the app. Again, geolocation could potentially be used to roughly verify recordings. This obviously adds hosting fees and logistics, so probably not feasible, but maybe something you could charge a small premium for to monetize the app if you so chose.

Finally, you should add a donate link to your site! This app is maybe the most well-done third party iOS I’ve used and I’m quite picky. Thank you for your hard work!
Twelvegem,
Amazing app
I went to cedar point and I found this app. It is absolutely amazing and is a great way to gather data about rides. I wish that data of dB could be recorded to tell how loud the ride is. Another thing I wish the app had was showing all the different g forces all at the same time
Foroglio,
Great App!
If the developer sees this I wanted to ask about how to flip the axis of any forces if I know that they are the wrong way. Say when it shows a deceleration when I know there was an acceleration and wanted to flip that longitudinal axis.
TheDeathBat,
Best G-force app on the market
This app is a clear cut winner in force recording, highly recommend
justinraney,
maybe a software issue
all of my rides deleted and after trying to save my first ride the app crashed but after that the app seemed to be working fine until now
PaulMcGreezy,
good app but wish it showed speed. then it would be 100% perfect :)
love it for great adventure
Butano Coaster,
Fun App
Had some problems initially with the app, but turned out to be more my own issue. Developer was extremely responsive and helped me work things out. It is fun to see the forces while riding the coaster.

Parkerb231,
Great app but...
Great app and always very interesting to find out the results. But I have found that when I send the results to my phone the results are different. An example would be on steel vengeance: The watch would show 27 seconds of airtime (pretty accurate) but after sending to phone it would show 29 seconds of airtime.
Matthew8130,
Good idea, but doesn’t seem to work well on Apple Watch
I’ve tried this app at carowinds, cedar point, holiday world, and King’s island, and no matter what coaster I’m riding or any ride, the forces given never seem to be correct. And on the Apple Watch version whenever I attempted to select a ride or even start recording it crashed or froze. I wanna rank this app higher but the inaccurate readings and crashes are really holding it back.
