Fantastic service for electric bikes in the city!

Terrible support
You can’t speak to anyone directly about your account status if it is ever locked to have anything done about it, even if you’re trying to pay them money. They’ll tell you that they’re escalating it to the appropriate people to resolve your issue but they don’t respond, and if they do it’ll be one email for the whole day and if there’s any necessary dialogue, it won’t be responded to for days at a time. You’re definitely better off using bird or any other shared transit service.

Cannot finish bike trip
When I click to finish a trip, it loads my location and the location of the bike indefinitely. I tried to end a trip many hours ago. I tried going on a trip again now but can't because the first trip didn't finish.
Also, I click the "my location" icon on the top-right and the app does not show an indicator of my current location. The app is very difficult to use because of this. I have to punch and zoom and find where I am on the map based on street names.
