Hashtags: put hashtags in your messages to categorize content and find contextual messages in the chat history.

Mentions: communication in group chats just became livelier - mention your colleagues, involve them in conversation or just tell let them know what requires attention.

Pinned messages: put important messages and announcements on top of the conversation by using pinned function and quickly view them again.
