The app doesn't create or install ringtones. Instead it directs the user to a web site to create a ringtone and iTunes to install the ringtone.

Thank you for a free funny version. It allowed me to test your product.
This app works as advertised. I created six ringtones and bought the Pro version, as I actually prefer non-funny tones. Overall, creating unique messages is refreshing. Thanks. I have not used the Pro version yet.
I deducted one star for having very limited sounds and voices for this funny version. But being free, I cannot complain
