Just needs some work
I think this could be a great app, but on initial use I have a couple issues. 1- I placed an order from my PC a couple days ago, but I can't check the status of that order in this app; that would be a VERY handy thing at the moment. 2- the first time I used the app I mistakenly answered No to letting it access the photos on my phone ("Library"). I can now find no way to undo that, not even in the phone Settings, where other apps provide this sort of thing.

Photos won’t upload
When I choose to upload a photo, it only shows some photos and then a white space in between. Not only can I not access all my photos, I can’t seem to get them to upload. Every time I try it fails!

So disappointing...
I have been using Ritz printing for years and the print quality is hard to beat. However our local store went out of business, as the entire Wolf/Ritz company downsized. I have used my computer to order prints online and have them shipped to my home, which is great. But I cannot for the life of me figure out why you can't do the same from this app!!!! I can access all the photos I've uploaded in the past, I can access all my phone's library photos, and I can choose every conceivable size of print, but I can't pay to have them shipped?!?! The only option I get is to pick up my photos at a store that's 85 miles away. Seriously? PLEASE ADD A SHIPPING OPTION FOR CHECKOUT!!!!! This is a no-brainer, especially when you offer it from your website! FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

Easy to order prints from my camera roll
I used the app to order prints from some photos I took on my phone...clicked order prints, selected from library then picked size...I usually get 4x6 but it was pretty cheap for the 3.5x5 size so got those...I picked the store by my office so I'll pick up tomorrow - we'll see! No issues with the app, worked for what I wanted. Looks like you can access and view and order pics you have saved online with them then can order from the app, or just view I suppose. I may go online and dump some camera pics there and see how that works.

Terrible app
I have used Ritz services for a long time. This app is so poorly designed it is not functional. There are no cropping capabilities and you cannot manage your online account from the app. It is also not usable for ordering -- only a portion of the locations in my area appear. I have a location .5 miles away from my home which does not appear in the app -- the closest one according to the app is 15 miles away. There is no way to search for other locations. The app also does not rotate and resize consistently, cutting off portions of the screen. I will revert back to my PC for pictures cause I like Ritz's overall quality, but I would like the convenience of using my iPhone / iPad to order prints.

Great app, uploads not always complete
This app has easy-to-use functions, it looks nice, and is very convenient for transferring to the ritz site. However, a few times when I have tried to upload photos it has rejected a few, and it's difficult to go back and find them in the mix. I have some photos it has never been able to upload after several tries. If this is fixed, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Ritzpix app may still need some work
I was excited about this app but it hasn't performed in the way I thought. It doesn't sync with your online account. You can see your folders but there are no pics. I decided to upload pics from my iPhone but upload never went through. The other disappointment was that my closest Wolf Camera was not an option to select for pick up. Only two locations defaulted when there is really four locations in my city. Overall I'm not happy with the app but I see it's potential if they can work out kinks.

Ritz pix app for iPad does not work!
This ritz pix app is a complete waste of time. I have an iPad and can not access any of my online pictures. I have 10 years worth of photos on their website which I cannot access, share,
reorder etc. To make matters worse, our local ritz camera is going out of business in a week. I feel really stuck and frustrated. Why is there an app for the iPad if it does not work?I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. I was willing to try to continue using the Internet. Looks like that will not be possible.
