Consistently unimpressive
After years of using this app it still fails to deliver notifications on time. This causes users to miss appointments and income. Meanwhile they’re busy developing a new website, why?

I miss out on so much money, because i dont get notifications. Many of us loyal to this site, fix the Issue.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
Have I said it’s AWFUL? What a botch job. The old platform was clear, concise, full of features that FACILITATED connections. Most importantly it was user-friendly. This Messenger App is the exact opposite in every way, shape, and form.
The migration to this App makes me wonder not only why but who? Whoever coded the App should be fired (castrated, that’s be more appropriate.
I have been a paid member (Client side) for 5 years. My monthly membership had just renewed last weekend but after finally trying the App, I decided to completely cancel my membership and removed the App from my iPhone and iPad.
I have great sympathy for those relying on RM for income.

A little bit better
So far so good on the latest version. It loads faster and appears in the surface at least to have been worked on instead of just phoned in like so many other things this company does despite taking in ridiculous sums of money from its users. This version feels like a rewrite but we’ll see. A lot of the bugs of the previous versions reared their ugly heads after using it for a while. I’ll update this review as I use the app more. But seriously guys…2 years to update the app to something resembling good coding!?
UPDATE 1: The text field for the message is still not showing the text as you type it. The notifications and app badges are still buggy.

Where is my money going?
Been a provider for 3 years and I would ~love~ to see my 3 years of membership fees going to work in any perceivable way.
1. Must constantly delete/download the app to get notifications to work again
2. Keyboard does not follow same autocorrect rules as the rest of my apps (does not capitalize)
3. Only displays profile photos sometimes. I have to go open chat on the full site to click through to profile details
4. FIX NOTIFICATIONS. It’s the main reason for a messenger app, no?

Notifications
I used to receive notifications of messages before the new update to the site… I am missing out on potential business when I can’t see who messages me and getting to them late. If this can be updated and fixed that would be great.
