Still doesn’t open completely and stays on the connecting screen. I can’t get into the gallery or any other options. I usually have to delete the app and reinstall it. May need another update since IOS 11.2.6.

I bought this camera and was very excited to use. After downloading the app, I was prompted to connect to its specific wifi but it wouldn't connect. It kept rejecting the connection and I never even got to use it. I am returning. This product is a major failure. The app is old and if you can get this camera to work... props to you!

But p.s. this was not user error.

The camera works for me as well as the app. But whenever I download a video to the phone not only does it not save it to the phone but it deletes it as well. I witnessed an accident and had to play the video while using the iPhone screen recording feature to save the video to my phone. Please fix this

Worked great for a few weeks but now every time I try and load the videos it says the load failed and won’t show any of the recorded footage. A dash cam is pretty useless if you can’t see what it records...

I’ve had my dash cam connected before and now it won’t even connect. I’ve contacted customer service over the phone (Nice and polite service) but still would not connect. I think the app might need an update? I have the Miniopro CDC-628. And yes I’ve follow all the instructions and keeps saying connect timeout.

Reinstalling doesn’t help, turning phone on and off doesn’t help. Camera has already turned blurry and gone bad, and to make it worse the app is absolute trash. It literally doesn’t do anything than say connecting over and over again.

II have tried to load the app several times and never get past connection even after deleting and re-applying the app can’t get started with this until I can install the app what is the problem ?

Still garbage. I returned this item once, came back because the $250 replacement product did less than this $125 item. But its moot if the app doesnt even load!!!!!!

Constant wifi issues and data stream issues when it does decide to work.

Just bought the thing and it won’t connect to my phone/app. Idk what to do since I just got it and the store won’t take it back. Waste of money I thought it would live up to the name but I guess not. 😐

App doesn’t seem to be working with the new iOS update 11.2? It was working great until after the update
