Glitches
I just bought this game thinking that the glitches were fixed. I’m stuck on level 26, it does not build the right selection. I choose the boat and it builds the fish farm and when I try to use the bomb the whole game freezes. It keeps on crashing as well, your in the middle of the game and all of sudden it turns off. It’s so frustrating, I wish I never bought this game. Please fix the glitches or refund my money.

Just gonna say that after looking through all the reviews I figured by now they’d have fixed all the glitches. I’ve played all the Roads of Rome games from way back when we all had desk top computers. I loved the challenge of them. I decided to give this new generation a try and purchased the full version for $6. Not a bad price for some fun entertainment. However when I purchase a game for ANY amt, I expect it to work properly. This game starts out ok…although it seems to have some lag in the actions of the little Romans, I was still able to finish the first 16 levels on time. When I got to level 17, I started playing and half way through it booted me off and I lost all of my progress. I decided to give it another try and started over again and the same thing happened. This is unacceptable!!! Again if I’m paying hard earned cash for a product, I expect it to meet my needs, if it doesn’t, I expect a full refund! People…don’t waste your hard earned money on this game unless you enjoy purchasing defective junk.

Excellent Time Management Game!
I have no idea why anyone is complaining about glitches. I have played the game through three times and I’m starting on my fourth now. I have not experienced any glitches or problems with the game. It is an excellent installment in the series and I have loved each of them. This one did not disappoint, excellent graphics, play, sound and challenge. I didn't expect anything less. Love them and keep them coming please. Great game.

Too glitchy
If the glitches in this game could be fixed, the game would easily deserve 4 or 5 stars. However, like some of the other reviews mentioned, the game will often build the incorrect building when there is a choice between, say, a stone quarry and a gold mine. I thought I was accidentally picking the wrong option, but it happens in level after level and is a problem within the game itself. I’ve had to restart many levels because of this. Hopefully the developers can address this quickly.

Sad to report game crashes
I have really enjoyed these games - in the past - but I’m sorry to report that this one crashes after two levels of play, and a hard reboot of my tablet is required to play again. Then two levels, then a crash and a reboot.

Compared to the older versions this one is not good.
Having to choose between two different buildings is ridiculous. Then if you make the wrong one you have to waste time demolishing it and trying to build the correct one.
Please make a new version that has the elements of the older games and NOT this garbage. Thank you.

Stuck on level 26
Game worked great until now I’ve played level 26 three times trying to figure out. I have more than enough food and stone to rebuild the temple and built a boathouse but it won’t take me to the center island no matter what I do. Super annoying.

Do not buy! Shuts down after level 12!!!!
I loved the previous versions of this game, but do not buy this one!!! On level 13, it either doesn’t allow you to build the boathouse, finish the road, or the app shuts down completely. Ridiculous waste of money!!!!!

So many bugs - developer should be embarrassed
This game has such great potential but it feels like it’s been rushed to market. Ridiculous number of bugs in this game! Half the time the game just crashes on you. I emailed the developers - crickets ... didn't bother to respond. Thanks!

Pretty bad
For a game that costs $6, it is absolutely awful on that it crashes at least once per level. I enjoy it so much for its complexity and the levels, bit the crashing is too much. Can I have my six bucks back?
