Good idea, missing some stuff
The app itself is pretty cool. I think it’s original and well executed. Pros: character creation is simple and awesome for beginners, the roll system and leveling of character skills is fun and creative, it has a decent amount of pre made stories and concepts that are good storyline prompts. Cons: the character skill leveling is a little too simple in that you can level your character up really high way too fast (the game becomes easy for characters after just an hour or two). The main thing that I feel like is missing is some way to keep track of HP or items. I get that the developers wanted to keep things simple, but making it an option for games would have been awesome. My recommendation for developers would be to incorporate a simple HP tracker, maybe a “backpack” for a couple of supplies or weapons/armor, and slow down the leveling process so that it’s harder to level (or add other things that could be leveled, but that sounds complicated and the beauty of the app is its simplicity). Overall I say good job! I thought it was worth spending money on Role+, and my friends and I had fun playing it casually!

Great idea please add more
This game has great ideas and boundless potential I would love to see more characters to create and adventures made, I do love how you can make your own but I think more can be added. Also like another reviewer mentioned there should be moments in the game where the game master can make a big paragraph or sentence and players can make their own responses and have rolls for success. Also there should be a skill guide for helping players new and old, as well as a stats menu, hit points counter, and an inventory menu.

I think this app is very creative! It’s very cool about the character, design, and ways you can tell stories. But I have just one issue:
Me and my friend spent two hours trying to figure out how we could play together. And I mean go online and play as a character. Like say she was to make the game and I play her game online without physically being next to her. I think you can only play with other people ONLINE if you buy the full version with money. I have no idea if this is true though. But I’m really sad because of it. I think you should be able to play with a certain amount of people on the app, but depending on the amount of people should cost money. Like more then 5 people should cost money. That’s just one thing you should change.
If there is a way to play online with friends without money, please let me know! But if there is no way please make one. I think it’ll be better that way.

Good Simple RPG mechanics
This is not for the player or DM who wants expansive content to pull from. Honestly I think it’s just a cool little rpg to play during those short periods of times when you’re with your friends or anyone else who wants to play. Whether it’s a road trip or a lunch etc.
The big thing I would like to see is use some sort of text feature where the DM could make a paragraph or two and then players could respond with their actions almost like a casual multiplayer that allows friends to play at their own convenience. Many people misunderstand this app. The + version is recommended for saves etc. But you don’t truly need any of the other expansions if you don’t wish.

Developers not listening to players
Love the layout, love the idea, love the content. I don’t mind spending money to support a good app either.. I’d buy everything. But why in the world is there no way to link your games to other players? If I have time to round up a group of friends to play in person, we aren’t playing this simple game we are playing something like D&D. This app has the potential to be a total game changer for those not so flexible times with the addition of game links. GM inputs text/audio message, decides order of turns for the round, players all respond, being able to see the responses of the players that went before them, GM gets a notification letting them know it’s back on them. Many reviewers have been begging this and nothing has been done about it. Sad.

What it is, is a simple and fun little system. Is a (d6 pool) skill base system that automatically level each of your skill the more you use them. It will give you hours of fun whenever and wherever you fill the need for a casual and quirky role playing game. Nothing is actually define so you can make whatever you want of it.
It's free to try but it will lock your character's progression at some point. Nothing unexpected since it looks like the developers /designers put though an effort on it.

Great new design
Been using this app for years but I have to see the new design is amazing. I use it on my phone and iPad and my friends and I enjoy using it. The only issue I have currently is with the recent update my iPad can’t load back all the characters I’ve saved and crashes, but I’m sure that’s just a new bug from where the update adjusted for crashes on newer phones and will be fixed with a future update. Other than that it’s been a fantastic app and can’t wait to see what all is in store for future updates.

You should consider making a mmorpg
The game is great but you should make a mmorpg to bring in more people where the same idea for this game could be transferred to your massive multiplayer online role-playing game where you get to actually create your own character. With your own art design and if you join or make a clan, you should only be limited to creating 10 NPCs only in a clan. This is just my own thought to be honest but hey if nobody does it then I’ll do it. Sweet game still 5 stars! :)

Simple
I was looking for simple and easy to use rpg set-up/mechanics. I opted for the upgrade to store characters and added the fantasy story/characters unlocks. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t more to story content but the adventure hooks will get things going. I would like to have had a zoom function as I found the print a little small for my liking but I didn’t have my glasses on so that’s my fault. Over all a little pricey but it has a lot of potential if the developers can add more to the functions such as importing your own content etc.

Good overall if you cough up some money
I like it so long as you do get role+ because otherwise it lacks room for imagination. I wish there was a way you could just temporarily publish a game so then people online could join or some other way of getting people able to play online. I also wish there was an easy way to be able to play so long as one of your friends bought it if you want to play with friends who just want to learn how to role play.
