Trolley Molly,
Needs an update
Up until a month or two ago this has been a five star app. I have used it for many many years with no problems ever. But now with the iPad OS updates, it is starting to crash. It will freeze, and a hard reset doesn’t change anything. I restart the iPad and it comes back to the frozen screen. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall it. This isn’t a huge deal because there aren’t that many preferences to reset, but I lose my stats. I hope there’s an update in the works. Thanks!
NUffleMarie,
Fabulous
This is so easy to play, even easier on a touch screen computer than it is on a desktop or laptop, where you use a mouse.
My one criticism is that the settings button is in a position where I accidentally touch it all the time, and I wish it was at the top of the screen.
Also, once you've finished a game, I think you should be able to go right to starting a new game, without having to tell the app this. If there are no more moves, what's the point of asking if you want to continue or start a new game?
RHIT2002,
Great Rummikub
This has replaced my former favorite app. They updated it and ruined it! This has a couple of small flaws but you get used to that. As best I can tell, this is as good as you can get right now.
Jerk system,
Not bad but a flaw
This iPad app is to play the game of Rummikub. It is not bad except for 1 serious flaw. You cannot see how many tiles the opponent has left (at least I cannot find the setting). So you do not know if they are close to going out. This is quite frustrating.

It lets you set up your "rack" sorted by number of suit but if you choose suit, you cannot go back to number as far as I can tell (and it places new tiles at the end instead of in order). You can clean up the layout with a click on the broom, so it is easy to make room for new tile layouts.

Love
Have played for several years. Just like the table game. Great way too relax.
Lizzy_lou_who,
Overall great app
This is my favorite game, and a favorite of my whole family. This app version is every bit as good as the real thing. Just a few small things i would see changed.

1) I wish that the bunyips had the same faces as the real life tiles did instead of a generic smiley.

2) would like to see how many tiles remain in opponents racks.

Things I really like...

1) you can easily and automatically arrange the tiles on your rack in order my number and suit.

2) In many cases the tiles will move to the most efficient slot with just a tap so you dont have to drag it the whole way.

3) You can rearrange the board to your hearts content, and if your play doesnt work out you can just send everything back to the way it was before you began, that way you dont have to remember what you did.
dotshell,
Much better than Rummikub
This version of Rummikub is SOOOO much better than other versions. The moves of other players are shown just as a real player would do them--no messing up the whole board so you can't tell what happened. There are FAR less instances of receiving duplicates on the tray. In the other version, I had duplicates almost everytime I played over and over--much more than in a real life game. Love this version and not sure why it has received so many negative comments.
Ejpike,
Great game but one suggestion
I have played this on my computer for years and also love the app. My only complaint is that there is no option for a wildcard. I have kept my old computer version without the wildcard since I prefer to play without. Would love for that to be an option!

Romi
Romi is just like Runnikub that I used to play with tiles. It is much better and more addictive as I can play against one, two or three VERY smart opponents. The interface is clean and very intuitive and much more fun than card games - I have it both on my iPad and iPhone and find it a wonderful diversion.

I have had some questions for the developer and he has been VERY responsive.

Romi
Being a Romi fanatic and my families favorite game, you will not be disappointed in this version of Romi. I have played almost 1000 times and not been bored whatsoever. From 1 to four players, 3 different expertise levels, and auto score keeper, you will find this game refreshing ever single time. Best $2.99 I have ever spent. Thank you Romi !!
