This morning I used the app for the first time. It is pretty easy to use and has nice pictures and basic instructions. The thing is, it has a couple poses that may be a little more complex than they look - an example is pigeon pose. So if you have gone to a yoga class before and are already familiar with the basics, it is a nice start to the day! If not, try it anyway; you can always do your own exploring (Googling) if you want more info - and it’s free. I held each pose for about 3-5 breaths and got through the exercises quickly. I like it and will do it again tomorrow.
