- See how your last week of training stack up against your training history of the last few weeks. If you are doing the same or better, your arrows will be up. If you aren't doing well, they will be down. Swipe left from the main screen to access it.
- Added new complications so that you can display your trends on your watch faces
[History]
- See up to 2 months of your weekly stats summary
- History is saved to iCloud, so it will stay with you when you eventually upgrade your Apple Watch
[Misc]
- Fixed some UI alignment issues
- Tidied up some translations
- It's no longer possible to change start of week due to a limitation with HealthKit
