Kitycrap,
Still shining!
This latest version of Running Log™ is just a bit better than the last. I have never had issues with the app, and use it almost exclusively for running data. I would like to be able to track mileage from different sports separately, like biking mileage, kayaking mileage, and walking mileage. If this was the next upgrade, all would be perfect. As you can tell, I like to keep running info only for running. Keep up the improvements!
Canoeracer,
Still needs work
Over all not to bad, but the workout That is logged it's not added to the weekly, monthly and yearly totals. And Don't like the fact that you enter time in minutes, I have a race that could go 17 hours under the new format I couldn't enter the time. So I needs improvement already !!! I'm not sure this get sent or not but I don't like inputting my workouts in minutes like I said I have a race longer than the time allowed to be in put, this needs to be fixed !!!! Other than that I like the app but won't rate it any higher until that gets fixed
Wanderluster2,
Thank You for update!
Updated review:
Issues were addressed that many of us complained about in the update that happened earlier this year. Thank you for fixing! Have updated my rating from 1 to 5 😄

Previous review:
I've used this app for years and have loved it. Unfortunately they really blew the most recent update.

It does not allow you to enter runs from previous days. Instead it stacks them all up on the current day. Terrible if you're trying to enter data from a previous week or month.

You also have to now enter your times all in minutes. So if you've run longer than an hour it's 60 plus minutes. There's no hour option. For longer runs this means you've got to calculate. Not a huge deal but took me some time to figure that out. I just don't understand the change.
TheVast,
Love!
I love this app! When I got home from my first run over 7 years ago I downloaded this app to keep track of my new hobby. Since that day I have recorded every single run: 5k, 10k, Half Marathons, Marathons, Ultramarathons, and everything in between. Through this amazing journey this running log has been with me every step. It’s nice to be able to look back at all of my accomplishments over the days, months, and years, and see every mile I’ve ever run.
MissJilly5,
Simple and easy to use
I've used this app for over 4 years now and it's exactly what I want in a log. It's not fancy but I have never cared for some of the cluttered, crowded interfaces of other apps. I strictly was to log my distance and time and I like that it figures out your pace automatically. I also like the option to view your weekly, monthly, yearly, and total miles. I don't want or need much other data and this app just gets it done for me.
BSheepNY,
My go to run tracker
Running Log just gets the job done without a lot of drama. Interface is simple. The app is stable, fast and reliable. Gets better with every release without introducing any major bugs. I’ve been using Running Log for several years and have not been disappointed. Four stars because I would like to see integration with Apple Watch and Health functions in iOS.
Spurge 97223,
Good got better!
I've been using this ap for several years. I make entries daily. The revised version had a few quirks, but the tech team at WP got right on it and smoothed them out. The revisions that were made from the earlier version are good. The ap was already good, and it has now gotten better! I had difficulty importing my data from my "vintage" iPhone to my newest device, and tech support responded promptly and solved my issue.
Megaira13,
Love it
I’ve used running log for years and love it. Especially as a free app. I like the calendar view - it is great to see all the days filled in!

I would love to add color coding for the calendar, the ability to asterick or otherwise mark days on calendar view, and additional activities added to the list like “cross training” so you can keep all your workout tracking in one place.
fblose,
Great!
This is a good app. I have been using it 4 or 5 years now. I like the newest update. I did not like it after the big update but they have fixed that as it makes it easier to enter my time and distance. Thank you for listening. I love this app!!
One question: can you edit your routes in the app or do you just have to keep adding when you get another route?
JeremiahSmithlovesGod,
Perfect for tracking pace and distance
As far as running tracking apps go, this is one of the best. I can track my trends, my pace, my mileage, and my length of runs in time. I can also sort by month, week, or year. I also really like the calendar so I can easily see what days I’ve run and what days I rest.
