The RunPee app exists to improve your movie-going experience. The database is updated weekly with the latest movies so you will know the best times to run and pee, without missing the best scenes. Of course, we provide a synopsis with each Peetime, so you will know exactly what you missed while you're gone. There is no other information like this in the entire world. We have over 1,900 movies in our database, and more added every week by our family.
How does it work? The built-in Timer will alert you, by discreet vibration, 30 seconds before each Peetime—so you don't have to worry about bothering the people around you in the theater. Now you can relax and enjoy the movie...without wondering when to take a break. You never have to sit down again and ask, "What did I miss?"

Movie Watching Must Have!!
I go feral for this app. I love it so much and I wish everyone knew about it and used it. It is incredibly useful and I would be devastated if this app ever disappeared. Things I love: 1) the pee times! It’s so handy to know the best time to go and then read the synopsis of what’s happening while I’m gone. I never have to worry about missing the good bits! 2) knowing if there is a post-credits scene or not. This might be my fav feature because I would have missed out on some pretty critical scenes if it weren’t for RunPee. 3) the movie review and viewer rankings. This info has made me watch some movies that I normally wouldn’t and it’s nice seeing things outside of my usual scope. 4) that it’s a small family run business. I love shopping small and it really does feel like I’m part of the RunPee family! If you reach out to them, Dan will personally respond to you and he is so warm and helpful. GET THIS APP AND THEN SUBSCRIBE! It is absolutely worth it and you’ll be using it again and again!

Brilliant idea with great information
I’ve been using RunPee for a few years now and it’s basically a requirement of going to the movies for me. The best part of course are the “pee times” that give you cues, synopses and times for when you can pee without missing the most important parts of the movie. There is also information about the credits- length, extras and if there are any extra scenes at the wayyy end. Super helpful to just know that it is or isn’t worth staying.
There is a timer function that will buzz your phone when it’s a good time to pee. I also appreciate that the app is very conscientious about it being an app you use in a theater- dark background, all silent alarms etc.
I will always enjoy the experience of the theater even if I could watch things at home- but I’ve even used it at home to check for things like after credit scenes or other information too.

Favorite Cinema Companion App
This is one of those apps that should be a staple on every movie-watcher’s phone (so, basically, every phone). It provides very useful and concise information without risk of exposing you to spoilers. Worth every penny (for the value of what you get out of this app, the price is far better than fair - and they provide very flexible options for any type of user).
I just updated to the most recent version of the app, which was described as a complete overhaul of the previous versions. IMO, the user interface is now even easier to navigate and I can see that no sacrifices were made to quality or performance. Hats off to all involved with this project! I’ve had the app for several years, but I don’t think I created an account until ‘20. I will be a fan for life, I highly recommend 😊 🙌👏🙌

Because movie theaters some have pause buttons
I never see a movie without using this app anymore. It tells you when you can safely take bathroom breaks without missing something essential (and summarizes the part you missed. Especially for Marvel movies, it FANTASTICALLY tells you how many extra scene to expect, how long you have to wait, or if there are none! They’ve also recently included content warnings (a recent movie had a needle see that I could shut my eyes for, or could have left during)!!! Amazing app!! Please support them by purchasing coins because this truly is an AWESOME app!

Single best investment
By and far best investment Ive made. I used to drive my husband nuts because Id be a fidgeting mess the last half hour of the movie trying not to miss important parts. Now I just turn this app on and *bam* I can actually focus on the movie the whole time. Even puts alerts to my watch so even better. Also I can guarentee all the 5 star reviews arent fake as one person accused - its just that so many of us movie-goers had the same problem and this fixed it. Yes, it is paid but jeeze its expensive to keep watching movies and updating an app for every movie. And if you read more about the creator he mentions he has several people contributing - so yeah its paid but omg worth every cent. 10/10

Movie Staple
I’ve had Run Pee for years now (since Dec 2015!!). This app is consistent and reliable. You can get pee coins by watching ads, so easy and convenient and free. The app has never steered me wrong for any movie. It gives you a synopsis of what you will miss during the pee time, a 2 minute synopsis of the beginning of the movie in case you’re late, and let’s you know if there are any after credits! I like that it has a timer so you know how much longer till the next pee time and how much longer you have left in the current pee time. Honestly, I literally cannot watch any movie in the theater without it now. This way I don’t miss anything!

Have loved using this app for years
I had a friend tell me about this app several years ago and once I tried it I was in love. I love to have a soda and popcorn or snack when I watch a movie - but that also means I can’t make it through the movie without having to leave to go pee. This app not only tells you the best time to leave to go pee, but how long you have, a brief synopsis of what you will miss and a couple other pee times where you will miss less. It also tells you if there are extra scenes after the movie. I think this is the first review i have done for an app - because i love it so much and wanted to share so others can enjoy it too.

Must have app if you love the movies
If you’re like me and enjoy a 92oz soda as part of the movie experience, you’ll be thankful for this app telling you the best times to go for a quick break. Whether that’s to refill your soda or recycle it.
Possibly an even better feature is the info on if the movie has after credits scenes. There’s nothing worse than sitting there reading about who the key grip was, then finding out that’s all you did. I blame Marvel for starting the stupid trend.

Run pee is the best app for people who find themselves needing to pee a lot but also not wanting to miss any action. The app gives you the best times to use the bathroom during a movie while also telling you when to leave and which lines to listen for! It not only gives you the time you should go pee, but it also explains to you what is happening during the break. I helped I use this app every time I go to the movies now. My god father recommended this app to 5 years ago and it’s been in my phone ever since! Highly recommended.

RunPee is the only app we use before movies and afterward. not only does RunPee tell you when it’s a good time to leave the theater, kids these days ask if there’s anything during/after the credits, and RunPee lets parents know when there might be some thing that a kid might miss!
