not just for gym rats!
I’ve always been a pretty casual gym goer which meant I never knew if I was making any progress. I’d get confused because I couldn’t remember the last weight I did for exercises and I had no idea if I was hitting any PRs. Ryse has made it possible for me to track all of that AND MORE!!! I can even input my meals and count macros as well as my water intake and sleeping habits all in the app too. This app has helped me to maintain consistency and motivation through the year and even to push myself to new PRs. I would have to say my favorite thing overall though is the wrapped style year end recap they put out every year so I can see just how far I’ve come. Do yourself a favor and download!!

best gym app EVER
I’ve tried a bunch of different gym apps, but RYSE is like a perfect combination of all the best features. Plus add in a great community?! You can take beat it.

Logging workouts is easy and pulls from a database of exercises, or you can make custom exercises with unique names to pull from. One of my favorite parts is the data! They make these super helpful graphs so you can visually see your progress over time with PRs, max volume, max reps, and more.

Also, the community is incredible. We’re all here to get stronger and healthier together, so everyone on the app is friendly and genuinely supportive. (Plus it doesn’t hurt that the devs are major anime fans so a lot of us appreciate the easter eggs hidden in the app or the monthly dashboard’s that recap your progress from the previous month).

The devs are so quick to reply and are always making improvements to the app. If you have an idea of a feature but don’t see it in the app, ask them!

Always keeping me on track
The developers of Ryse are constantly working on making the app as user-friendly as possible.

I’m always finding new features and improvements on design, I’m able to track my progress easily, and over the past 6 weeks I’ve lost 6 pounds of my goal of 17 pounds to lose since using the app! I love the community most of all, as everyone is super positive and always boosting each other up.

Amazing
I’ve tried Many apps throughout the months and none of them have reached my expectations this app alone has so many features it’s amazing and plus it’s FREE that’s freaking awesome. I will continue to use this app on a day to day basis not only for my workouts but for tracking my Macros and habits. Only thing I wish this app had was apple health support and Apple Watch support as-well, besides that great app 100% recommend.

Changed my workout game
I’ve been going to the gym somewhat regularly for 4 years. I haven’t seen much improvement/weight loss/ muscle gain until this app. It keeps me accountable and I love being able to track my weights so I know how to push myself next time I come to the gym. I’ve already seen so much improvement in just the 2 months I’ve been using this app. Completely life-changing!!!!

Amazing app with amazing developers behind the scenes. Ive never seen such active devs with the community. They are always refining and adding new features here and there. Will respond to your questions and i love seeing them on TikTok showing upcoming features and just interacting with their users. Definitely recommend you give this a shot.

Amazing app- becoming my favorite
This app is quickly becoming my favorite fitness app. I have a couple of different apps downloaded but with all of the updates this one has been coming out with, I’m sure I’ll be able to delete the rest and stick with just this one! Loving it!!

Amazing App. Great for all levels of gym-goers
First off want to say this is an amazing app. It truly is great for all levels of gym-goers looking for a community and workout plans. I’m able to see other people’s workout plans & results and make improvements to mine. If there’s a way to add a preview of how to do each workout, this app would be 5/5 for me. Nonetheless, I’m incredibly pleased with this app.

Awesome look and feel
The only thing I could think that could add to this app is including a rest timer in the routines and the ability to copy exercises to use multiple times throughout the workout.
