For Small Groups App 1.3.0 release, Pastors and CLs will have access to records of all Bulk Communications sent under each Person Profile. Also, an Admin User has been created with the ability to assign and/or remove Pastors and CLs roles (the admin role will be available after we finish testing).

For Small Groups App 1.2.0 release, we added the option to assign CLs to Pastors. In the List of CLs and Pastors, under each Person Tile, the App will display the count of Hosts and/or CLs they have assigned. Continuing improvement of notifications, now caring roles will be able to know when a Host joins a Ministry.
Additionally, we added Bulk Communication (users should have necessary permissions to have access to this feature). Users who have the security role will be able to send bulk E-mails & SMS. Also, under each Profile we included a record of Bulk Communications to keep track of them.

For Small Groups App 1.1.0 release, we added Pastor Care. Now Pastors will be able to care directly for Hosts and apply a filter option to only see the Hosts that are assigned to themselves. The “List of CLs” has been replaced for “Care List”, which will have two new tabs: Pastor and Community Leaders. In the Tabs Pastors will find Pastors and CLs from their same Campus.
