Game changer!!
I cannot say enough good things about this app! I have paid for dozens of workout subscriptions… None that actually showed results for an at home work out. As a single mom and not much time to actually get to the gym I really struggled to invest in my health. Not only is this app such an affordable price, the content is gold!! Very at home friendly!! I’ve had this app for almost 4 months now and I’m seeing real results! I have definition in my arms and legs I’ve never had even growing up playing sports… She truly is knowledgeable about working and hitting each muscle group… My favorite thing is she switches up the work outs each week to ensure you don’t plateau in a certain muscle group. She truly goes above and beyond!! I promise you you would not regret this app! I love it there is a finish button to help keep track of what workouts you’ve done, and the timer to see how long your workout was. ..this app has changed my life for the better and improved my health, energy and mood!

Making time for these workouts is amongst the best self care I have yet to discover!
Everyone says they don’t ever write reviews and I really don’t, in fact I’ve literally never written an app review. But I realized today (while getting ready to go to the gym) that by some miracle I’ve been regularly using this app for more than six months. It’s not a miracle, it’s just easy to use with great programming that keeps me excited. I haven’t been able to stick with a work out plan for this long since before I had kids…you don’t have to be super athletic or already in shape for this app to be effective—I’m rapidly approaching 40, with two kids and a very busy, stressful job and I’ve managed to stick with it for 6 months already and am looking forward to continuing. And the best part, at least for me, is the mental clarity that regular, challenging lifting has given me. Making time for my workouts has actually helped me be more effective at work. Love it, Sadie!

Breath of Fresh Air
I had been using another app that starts with S since it had been published, after having used gym guides by the same people. I had seen great results but over the last year did not feel like I was making any progress or that my workouts were making an impact for me. I was recommended the SadeActive app back in August by a mutual acquatience and finally made the switch in October/November. Already this app has been such a breath of fresh air! I love the ability to add notes, and that each weeks workout is curated to keep it from becoming repetitive. I feel like my workouts are actually making a difference as I can feel which muscle groups I used when they’re sore the next day. 10/10 would recommend this to others! Even my sister, who only recently signed up for the gym, is using this app to start her own journey.

Love, but has some design flaws
I love the Sadie Active app, but there are a few design things that I think need to change. When I’m doing a workout I’d love to know what weights I used before for an exercise. Like last week we did RDLs, but I can’t remember my weight.
Sometimes when I’m doing exercises I don’t use weights or I’ll use a weight like 12.5 and I can’t accurately put it in, I can’t use a dot. So having a more flexible way to enter things in.
When doing a workout the timer doesn’t work. And when you click out of your day and go back it starts everything over. Like all the weight I added into it, completely gone. It was like my workout was erased.
I’d also love the option of write-ins. Sometimes if I’m doing leg day I like to do a few machines and right those in. Or if I went for another walk I can put that in.
I seriously love the app, but there are a few things to change to make it user friendly-er. Maybe these are things that I’d like to see, and no one else does.

Never felt more confident! 😍❤️
I came across Sadie’s Instagram on my explore page and instantly when I saw her I was like “wow, body goals” 😲 and I actively was looking for a plan that would help me feel better and look better and someone to motivate me. After looking at her Instagram page I saw she had her own app and just from looking at her Instagram I trusted that she could help me. I instantly downloaded and subscribed! I’ve been using Sadie Active for about 3 weeks now I believe and let me just say - I’ve done workout programs and plans before and have never felt this confident before. I’ve seen results already and like I said (only been 3 weeks!!!) (this is due to diet as well keep that in mind) !!! I’m obsessed and so thankful I found this app. So excited to watch my body change and to become even more confident in a few months from now. Thank you Sadie 😍

updates are incredible
sadie’s workouts have been such an incredible experience for me. I have been doing them for just over 6 months now and I honestly look forward to the gym because of them. Her workouts have helped me increase my muscle, gain confidence in the gym, and take advantage of all kinds of equipment available to me which makes it so fun and challenging! this app is great for all fitness levels, comfort levels, and even people who have limited amounts of time. Each exercise comes with a video and written description and HER NEW UPDATES JUST CAME OUT AND IM OBSESSED. she has added the ability to save your favorite workouts as well as keep track of weight used for each exercise in the app. a macro calculator is available as well! so if you are even thinking about it… run. she will change your life. you will feel so strong. we love sadie!

A Powerhouse Program!
I am being entirely transparent when I tell you I have done probably every app and program that comes across IG and this takes the cake by far. After years of over-exercising and under-eating with no significant changes, I finally switched to weight training and macro counting. While I have been lifting for years and liked the extra tone I saw, nothing has changed my body like this program. Sadie seriously had strategic programming here and IT WORKS. As a night shift nurse, I have found it very difficult to stay consistent with exercise and healthy eating but this app has taken the guesswork out of it for me. Excited for the progress to come and happy to say I have found my forever workout program!! This app has brought me so much confidence outside of the way it has physically changed my body. It will change your life
I have done weight training for many years, but always bouncing around different, unstructured routines. I literally look forward to doing my workouts every morning. Sadie puts a lot of thought into every exercise and if you’re consistent, the results will speak for themselves. I love how you can save your workouts and also how you can track your weight to make sure you’re doing progressive overload. I’ve become a lot more confident and feel so much stronger. It’s only been about 3-4 months since I started doing Sadie’s workouts 5x a week, and honestly, I don’t see myself going to another person.

Aside from how great the app is, Sadie is super humble and down to earth — she answers any questions and provides a lot of helpful tips.

Awesome workouts, terrible bugs
I have been a member for a year now and I absolutely LOVE the workouts! However, the app has a lot of bugs and is why I’m going to have to cancel. Every other month, it starts crashing any time I try to open it. I keep the app and my phone up to date on software always. I’ve tried contacting the company and every time, the only “fix” that works is to delete and reinstall the app. However, every time I do this, I lose all of my history of recorded weights. So I have to start over at trying to remember what weights and reps I used and I can never see my progression. It’s too frustrating and there has to be a better fix for it. I’ll miss these workouts as I’ve really liked them (although, I often would eliminate ~2 exercises most days, as it’s typically way more than most trainers recommend for one session and ends up being “junk weight”). But the app is beyond frustrating and glitchy.

Great, but …
I have had this app for almost a week now, and let me say that these workouts are killer! I already feel stronger and more confident within myself. I love the short video clips of the exercises themselves, the layout of the app, and the fact that you’re able to store progress pictures!

I want to love this app, but there a couple of things that could be improved upon.

1. Keeping track of the amount of weight being used. When it’s time to insert the amount of weight you used for an exercise, there are no half pound options for you to type in. In addition, when you exit the app or go back to look at previous workouts done, all that info you typed regarding the weight completely disappears. I wish there was a way to “Save” all that info, that way I could look back at it and try to push myself harder for future workouts.

2. The Start/Pause feature. I like the concept of this idea, but it doesn’t work the way I’d like it to. From my experience, this feature pauses whenever you exit the app, even for the slightest bit of time.

Other than those 2 things (which could be fixed), this app is awesome! Super simple and easy to navigate! Get ready to get shreddy and get strong using this app!
