A great way to start the day
I love to open Saged when I’m first waking up. It sets the tone for the day and it’s a good step to do before my morning meditation. I have learned some interesting things about topics I had no idea about but that have always called me.
I had the free version for a few months before I decided to experience the whole offer with the membership. It’s a bit pricey compared to other apps, but it does offer some good perks that makes it worth it.
Julia, the founder, is really nice and accessible. I appreciate that because it really feels like a community. Also, I have identified collaborators that I like and resonate more with. I have worked with them through different services they provide and now I can say I have a personal relationship with them and I love having them in my journey.
If I could improve something about the app, it would be to make some sections easier to navigate. I have saved quite some content (only available with premium) and the only way to see all my content is by scrolling. I wish there was a way to select a tile view and go through the sections easier.
So search no more, if you’re into a more spiritual way of living, you need to download Saged.

A new beginning for me
I wasn’t really looking for Saged, Saged found me. I just recently started collecting crystals and gaining knowledge about chakras and how to meditate. Still new to it all though.
When I discovered Saged I found a community that is open to teach anyone who wants to better themselves and awaken to “new beginnings “. I have not had the chance to attend a gathering yet, but I am sooo looking forward to being a part of one soon. The thought of the experience alone has me feeling so connected to something so specific.

I really want to love this app, but the notifications are out of control.
I have never seen an app think it’s so important that it needs to send you some many notifications. It’s noon, and I’ve already received 7 pestering notifications today. I’ve received two while trying to write this review. It constantly bombards you with “join premium!” “25% off premium!!” “50% off premium!!” “Free 7 day trial!” “In case you missed it…!” “Join (person) for a live class!” None of these notifications are personal, human connections. Just a constant badgering to use their app.
There seems to be no grey area between “turn off all notifications via your phone permissions” and relentlessly notifying you like a desperate ex. I’ve turned off emails (which were just as bad) but some still trickle through. I’ve had 40+ notifications in 5 days.
At this point, I wish I could love the app. The content seems interesting. But I cannot in good conscious support a company with such aggressive marketing that claims to focus on wellness and mental health spirituality. A constant onslaught of notifications is contrary to health and meditative practice. I cannot support this predatory behavior and I hope the creators of this app reconsiders their marketing plan in favor of the wellness of their users.

Gratitude is the right attitude!
Love this app and I’m only a free user right now but it brings me much happiness and positivity which we all need and can use. Eventually I plan to upgrade as I know it’s 100% worth it just slow season right now so not in my budget. I love the daily affirmations and the gratitude section, just browsing around and perusing my free options I’ve seen so many additional posts I’d love to take part in once I am able. If you need some uplifting and soul pleasing community right now get this app. I have been working on my spiritual practice hard the last 2 or 3 years and this app is just the kind of worthwhile app I needed so I don’t waste any time on soul draining apps like insta and FB. I haven’t used either of those apps in months and don’t miss them one bit! I do my tarot almost daily so can’t wait till I can be a part of all the site has to offer

Best way to start my day - but use caution
Update: this app is a good way to keep you focused every day. Having said that, you need to be very careful. They often suggest using closed practices and give no warnings about doing so. It’s irresponsible, disrespectful, and only goes to show that the app is more about the creators making money than it is about the creators putting out a genuinely good legacy.
I started using Sage a couple years ago. At first I use it daily and it was fantastic. More and more though, it became about getting my money. I was already a premium member, and things that they advertised and they look really good with going to cost me even more. I understand they have to make money, but it was getting to be too much. I recently returned, and I’m doing a lot more picking and choosing about what content I look at. Like I said, I already have the premium membership, so I’m not interested in spending more money. For that reason, I cannot give them the full five stars that are used to give them. Pardon any typos, I’m using voice to text on my walk.

It’s sooo refreshing to finally find so many like minded people in one little place!! It’s quite amazing Bc in my “real” everyday life (in person) I don’t have any spiritual friends who share the same interests so I’m in love with this app & the community that comes w it💜🌻 there’s usually between 3-5 live classes per week that’s included in the yearly premium (you can find really good promotional discounts for 1/3 of the original price so DONT pay full price!) I would recommend doing the free trial first & then the company will send you a discounted offer usually for you to join after the free trial is up. There’s so many forums to join varying from crystals to meditation to reiki to manifestation to moon rituals to witchy stuff to feng-shui (could’ve spelled that wrong! 😬) etc. as long as you participate within the app frequently; it is SO worth it! 💜🌻

Part of my new morning/daily routine
I use this app in conjunction with the stoic app and it has been a huge blessing. This app lets me connect with my spiritual, creative side and feel more confident in my day, in my beliefs and in my spiritual goals. There is not just one mins set like many apps it has something for everyone and where they are spiritually. It helps to explore different ways of thinking as well as helps my day to start with a spiritual side, which i NEED right now. Meditations are shower and sweet and help to guide me to having that positive mindset even if I’m not waking up with it. Affirmations seem to be what I need when I need to hear it. I’m really grateful for this app. I did but the lifetime membership to get access to most everything. And I think it was a good investment for me

Lagging, crashing, locked out & no customer support
I wanted to love this app. I had been enjoying it, even though it constantly took forever to load(spinning wheel), showed that I was not in a communities that I had joined(always having to rejoin), and recently I got locked out. I guess I wrote my password down incorrectly when signing up, even though I was recording it at the very time I signed up. I tried “Forgot Password” link numerous times. It either just blinks out with no response or acknowledgment that a recovery email will be sent, or it just gives me the spinning wheel nonstop. I tried emailing Customer Support days ago. It was over the weekend so I thought maybe they don’t check emails on the weekend and tried to be patient. Well, it’s Tuesday and still no word from customer support (And no, it’s not in Junk mail either). So now, I’d just like to be able to get in so I can just delete my account & information entirely and delete this clunky app, but I’m stuck here with no way in and no one to help me in any regards. Very frustrated overall. 😡

UPDATE: I still stand by my original review with the exception of the high price being worth it because the offer complimentary memberships to those less fortunate that can not afford. I happen to be in that category and have applied twice and was only contacted after the 1st time to be told to apply again, which I did to no avail. Such a shame as I am truly in need of an app with services like this one. Original review: This app and all that it has to offer is amazing! There is nothing else out there like it! For those looking to enlighten themselves and learn or feel apart of a community, you are home! Beautifully created by honestly caring individuals. There is so much available at no cost. Although the annual membership for full access is a little steep it’s well worth it as they help reach others less fortunate and offer so very much! If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate! It’s so worth it and truly a gift to yourself and your well-being. Blessed be!

Really Great, Wish There Was More Free Info
I love the daily rituals and gratitude, as well as the other small daily free things. I do wish there was a little less behind a paywall. I understand that the people who created this app need to get compensated for their time and effort, but I’ve always felt that information in particular should be free for anyone who seeks it. It’s totally fine for the live rituals and the extra ceremonies to be subscriber only, but I wish that the informational articles were part of the free version. Or that there was a much cheaper option to access those because the annual subscription is too expensive for a poor student like me. It’s still an app I enjoy going to most days, and I love that it tracks total days engaged rather than worrying about keeping a streak. That makes it feel more magical ❤️
