SaintsXCTF Hack 2.1.2 + Redeem Codes

+ Fixed issue on monthly calendar where logs were offset by one day during daylight savings

New Create Log Page & Edit Log Page. The new pages match the style and functionality of the new website. Also included in this release is a bug fix for the monthly calendar skipping months while navigating.

Fixes to the monthly calendar and weekly chart. Exercises were offset by one day, resulting in erroneous statistics. This has been fixed.

SaintsXCTF updated to work with the new version of the website. There are also a few small changes & fixes:

- Leaderboard crash fix
- Properly displays exercise time when editing an exercise log

+ iOS 13 Support
+ Fix bug where checking leaderboards causes app to crash

New Features:
- EULA required to accept upon Sign Up
- File Report page in the signed in users profile. Used to notify the app developer (Andrew Jarombek) about app issues & abusive/questionable content. Following Apple's requirements, the app developer will take action from these reports within 24 hours.

Bug Fixes:
- Support for iOS 12
- Done Button not appearing on keyboard during login
- App crashing when accessing logs (due to new web server)
- Submitting multiple identical logs when double tapping 'Submit' button
