I love sane, but the app needs work
There isn’t any way to comment or rate a recipe or save a favorite that you use regularly. There isn’t any easy way to find the recipe your looking for, and the pictures associated with the recipe aren’t easy to identify. I personally can’t eat shellfish and other bottom feeders and I have no way to easily remove those recipes. The app has a great baseline program, but it’s really in need of an update. I would really appreciate more flexibility and accessibility added. But after using this program for a little over a year, I am beyond ready for an update.

Very angry with this program! What a ripoff
This program charges you and then if you don’t talk to coach to cancel they refuse to refund your money! I didn’t want any upscale garbage - Plus all the videos you have to watch this program was nothing like what I was looking for and what do they have to say no refund! You signed a contract! Don’t try this they only want your money! And they continuously charge you until you talk to the coach you can’t even just talk to customer service! Beyond disappointed!

Buggy app driving me inSANE
SANE eating concepts are great but this app is awful. Slow and buggy, labels extremely inSANE meals as moderately SANE — for example key lime pie. Text entered for a meal carries over into the next meal if no text entered for next meal. I could go on and on. Half the time I just give up logging my food. I have been going round and round with SANE tech support. Very disappointing for an expensive program that crows about its awesome software.

Failed
Everything else about the SANE program works perfectly. This app doesn't work at all. I followed the instructions to download, my computer says it has downloaded it, but I can't open it, actually can't find it even using Finder. Very disappointed because I wanted to print some of the content.

Useless accessibility total fail
The app is useless for voiceover users. His downloads are also useless, since they are all picture PDF files. Maybe good ideas, but they left us out.

The Surprising Key to Fitness Success
I have been a calorie counter since I was 9, and I always thought if I could just "stop liking food" and be okay with feeling hungry all the time, I could reach my fitness goals. That never worked. (I'm sure you can understand....)

When I went SANE, however, everything clicked. I reached my fitness goals without EVER feeling hungry or counting a calorie, and I have never felt healthier. My teenage daughter lost more than 25 pounds and 9 inches off her waist, and we can't even begin to explain how life-changing these concepts are.

Life Changing. Seriously.
This app is easy to use to track meals, and it is satisfying to get a green score, but I find that the biggest benefit for me is the access to the information gathered, analyzed and summarized by Jonathan Bailor and the recipes developed by Carrie Brown. I have gone from someone who counted macncheese as a vegetable to someone who can't get enough beet soup in a matter of weeks. This app allows you to quickly and easily compare how well your meals line up with your goals. I'm feeling better, looking better and sleeping better all because I'm eating better. Thanks Jonathan and Carrie!!!

A complete program backed by science
I have followed Jonathan Bailor's work for a long time. His scientifically backed insights and guidance are before their time and are proven more and more true and inescapable as time goes on. The SANE program which includes this app are just great ways for everyone to take advantage of his research and experience in the field of nutrition and health. This app is a great way to take back control of your lifestyle and steer it towards a better tomorrow. I love the work Jonathan does and appreciate having this app on my phone and using it as a part of my daily routine.

My phone is helping me take back my health :)
This sweet app will have you throwing away all your old food journals (or in my case all my "I wrote down my food for 2 weeks until I lost motivation because I wasn't seeing results"). I can take a pic of my food and then score it based on the SANE guidelines from "The Calorie Myth". I love not calorie counting! Plus the app has so much information right at your fingertips!
Living SANE has dramatically transformed my health! I couldn't be more satisfied and this app just makes this lifestyle change easier :)
