SATUSEHAT Mobile Hack 5.10.2 + Redeem Codes

I am new with this app. The programer need to design more friendly type of app. My status was green yesterday. Went to the mall to check in was fine. This morning check again, and turned out to be RED. Klik here and there realized that i did not see the check in time when i went to the mall. But Showing my check out time at 2.19am. So, try to fix this matter, someone told me it is hard to call via 119. No one picked up. And they told me reach out via email. And only auto respond. So, i can not go anywhere even though i was doing everything what they asked me to do. Vacsin (done) PCR 3X in a week with results NEGATIVE. Uploaded and got approved. Would you make it much better. Dont make it harder. Please design the app for stupid people like me. So, you can make the app more friendly. Thank you

SATU SEHAT 5.2.0 update, IOS version 16.2, cannot be used at all. Always exits and opens app settings. Peduli Lindungi was fine. Why break that was functioning well? Version 5.2.1: improved from 1 star to 5 stars due fixing of app permissions bugs on app initialization. Let’s see how this holds up. 13 March 2023: app could not return to home page if help page is opened by link. There is no back button. To go to app home page we have to exit and re-open app. 30 March 2023, Version 5.3.1: Deduct 1 star for still not having a back button from the help and information pages to be able to go back to the main app from the “more info” pages.

The app has both my vaccine certificates with the dates. Which is excellent. I’m able to see the date when I was first vaccinated and I can see the second day when I was vaccinated. BUT when I scan the QR bar at a public facility for example a movie theater or grocery store it rejects my certificates. I get a message saying I cannot enter because I have not been vaccinated although I have been and the documentation is in the app and it has been uploaded properly it’s not connecting the QR scan to my certificate. This is a problem. I don’t know why it says that I cannot enter and gives me a red stop sign that I cannot enter until I’ve been vaccinated. I hope you fix this because it was working before. I have not been able to enter any public indoor facilities because of this.

I was told to enter facilities in Indonesia I needed to have this app downloaded + input my covid vaccination (US citizen). The first day the app was downloaded, it was under maintenance for almost a week???? If I wasn’t prepping ahead, I think I would have been screwed over for my trip.

I was able to input my vaccination status afterwards and was approved, only to see the app has been completely changed recently. I had registered with a US number and the box to input my number is so buggy it deletes numbers and I literally cannot log in with my phone number? I’m unable to contact any sort of customer service and I really hope they fix the number input box.

The QC on this app really needs to be checked because it seems I’m not the only unsatisfied user.

It’s sad this is the official app that is required to travel to Indonesia. It does not recognize the information for vaccines or test results you put in. I’m out 400 bucks on covid tests alone because they require a PCR test. Even when you select English, the inner part of the app is in Indonesian. Customer support is an auto bot on WhatsApp that is also in Indonesian. Very bad app and management!!!

Update: I spoke with Indonesian consulate and they informed me this app is not required for entry into Indonesia. The US airport wouldn’t let me board my flight even tho I have hard copy of my vaccine, PCR test and travel insurance - because I didn’t have this ridiculous app that is slow to confirm documents. It seems more to track people. Welcome to the great reset!!!

Please pay more attention to the implementation and testing. Since PeduliLindugi was updated to Satu Sehat the quality has been bad. Just like PeduliLindugi at the beginning. Why make a change that is only cosmetic and lose years of progress I quality. This baffles me.
Issues encountered :
- unable to login at the beginning (and why do I need to login again since I was logged in in PeduliLindugi)
- after a week (a whole week) I was finally able to login
- the app mostly worked for a week
- this morning I try to open the app and it takes me to the permissions screen without telling me why. The app is stuck on the loading screen. I tried toggling some permissions and restarting but same behavior remains
Now I can't use this app that the government requires us to use...
Please you need to consider this app as ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE if the government requires its use. This cannot be managed w/o proper care, development and extensive testing (auto and manual) before releasing.

Last month, I signed up using the PeduliLindungi App and got my Covid-19 vaccines verified and claimed the ticket. It was smooth. All looks good until the Indonesia government decide to migrate PeduliLindungi to Statusehat without warning. Now my vaccine ticket is gone on this new APP!! It’s just complete blank or white page under my profile/account name now. Try to go to the “Vaccine Non-Indonesia” section to re-register and it’s just says Under Maintenance and to check back later. How am I supposed to enter Indonesia if I unable to regain my Vaccine Ticket? Tried emailing help desk and no response at all. This is 100 % awful and frustrating.

I read reviews saying difficult to use. I found it straight forward and EASY to use. If only you read the email instructions (scroll down to read the instructions in English) there should be no issues. I set up my account in a matter of minutes. If you follow the steps outlined in English you will find the app set up and checking status fairly east and straight forward.

I downloaded the app in February right after I booked my flight to Indonesia (flying from the US). I wasn’t able to successfully upload my vaccine details until March 18th. Luckily my flight isn’t until April but I submitted my details on March 18th at about 10 PM EST and I received the approval by 10AM the next day. I gave it 3 stars because it took month for the app to finally work for me. My travel mate still hasn’t been successful when we tried at the same time on our respective phones. So it’s a work in progress guys!

Not to mention that the customer service also not the best, no one responded to the complaint. we ve tried many times uploading the foreign vaccine card to the website for the traveling purpose but all failed , kept asking for vaccine dose #2 when you’ve already filled out the application. Finally, I give up.

If this app is the requirement to enter the Indonesia, how could we can get thru the airport if the app itself is failed. Please put more attention in this if it’s so important requirement to the visitor especially the foreigner.

Just get your vaccine certification handy!
