時間や心拍数を基準にサウナに入ることで健康的にサウナに入ることができます。

サレコを使って時間や心拍数を記録し、最後にサウナ室の温度、水風呂の温度、外気の温度、ロウリュ、アウフグースの有無、ととのい指数等を入力します。
記録した情報を見ればどのようなサウナ、サウナの入り方が自分にあっているのか、より良いととのいに近づけるのかが分かります。

・ベルトは金属製以外のものを装着し、サウナ内では手で覆う、水を絞った冷たいタオルを当てる等AppleWatchが熱を持たないよう対策の上ご使用ください。
