[PROLOGUE]
Long ago, this world of ours was inhabited by mystical creatures known as The Elemates. Together, we lived in harmony, lending our strengths and virtues to one another. Together, we prospered.
Then, it all changed when war broke out between civilizations. The Elemates were over-hunted and used as weapons on battlefields. Their habitat: destroyed. Those fantastic creatures were utterly devastated. Until one day, none of them could be found anywhere on the planet.
With The Elemates gone, the balance of the world was broken. Famine was but one threat plaguing the survival of all living things. Some people believe that Spirits of the fallen Elemates still exist; somewhere, captured by evils and monsters. According to legends, enchanted treasures hidden within several notorious Haunted Houses can open a portal to where the Elemate Spirits are cruelly imprisoned. Brave women and virtuous men risk their souls, entering those possessed mansions in search of means to rescue and resurrect the fallen Elemates. These bold adventurers; fighting to restore balance and save the living, are known as the Scavengers.

Scaventurez has been in development for three years. I wanted to create a serious RPG for mobile phones without the usual mobile game mechanics. There’s no P2W. No energy systems. No 50-click tutorials. There’s little hand holding. There is, indeed, my goal to make a game where players can engage in the creating process by giving feedback and making suggestions along the way.

- Fixed bugs that sometimes cause the game to freeze.
- Solved the problem that occurs when you open the character inventory while they are moving.
- Match-3 Timer bar no longer overlaps bottom-row game pieces on iPhones.
- Fixed ’Prey Instinct’ ability’s trigger chance.
- Corrected Lamp’s sprite sorting order when equipping a shield.
QUALITY OF LIFE CHANGES
Options Panel:
- Added a screen to review all tutorials.
- Added a toggle to automatically turn off end-of-battle flashing effect at night.
- Added a toggle to automatically give a nickname to new party members.
Gameplay:
- Improved the random monster encounters with better variety.
- Improved automatic ability selection.
- Improved Boss’ AI.
UI:
- The level selection screen now only shows up to your latest level.
- The member with lowest Health is now selected by default when you tap on healing consumable items.
- Remove redundant buttons when viewing ability info in the character panel.
- Ranger’s Mark status effect now displays bonus damage info.
- Improved Bats and Wolves’ attack animation.
BALANCE
- Further balanced game challenging level.
- Revised rare items drop rate.
- Revamped combatants’ Ingenuity stat calculation.
- Flittercat now learns ‘Infiltrate’ at level 2.
- Elemental Drain abilities now have different min and max damage values.
- Balanced some abilities’ stats.

Awesome game
Really fun game but arena is bugged. I can’t open any chests after the fight in room 17, the chest is just a white square.

Buggy Game
I was enjoying the gameplay, but the game is very buggy.
In just over an hour, the game menus and/or screens disappeared 5 times. When that happens all that I could do was force quit the app and restart the entire level, which was all the more frustrating when it happened twice while fighting the boss of the level.

Game constant freezes for me
The gameplay is fun, but the game is buggy and freezes. It’s unfortunate cuz it won’t save my progress. This happens often when Im changing out gear or trying to enter the egg house.
