SchoolPass Hack 23.24.1 + Redeem Codes

The app works well enough to get our students’ names onto the dismissal list for staff, however, it could really use two new features.

First, where is the CarPlay integration? The app checks a geofence that’s a few minutes away from the school and it would be very nice to have a CarPlay UI to facilitate check-in during those few minutes. That would allow the student to get to the pickup location while the caregiver finishes their drive.

Second, our school only uses the “Carline” queue. The other two queues (“Parent waiting area” and “Early pickup”) aren’t used by the school and should be hidden in the UI (which would leave just one button that obviously is no longer needed could … thereby avoiding one UI step/dialog). This would avoid new caregiver confusion.

Our school has a customized wellness check with School pass. Staff and students/parents completed every day. I think this daily wellness check helps people to self monitor - it has helped keep our school healthy and open for business.

I work at a school that uses schoolpass. Since the new app was released, we have been unable to use the app for dismissal. It freezes up constantly and I am unable to scroll to see which students are coming up next in the carpool line. The cars that do show up get sorted in the wrong order on the app, which renders it useless as we are unable to correctly queue students. Often, the app freezes so many times that it just shuts itself down and closes out. Toggling between dismissal locations is also very difficult and takes too long when you’re in the middle of carpool/dismissal.

This app is very poorly written. It performs extremely slowly and is filled with several bugs throughout the entire user experience. If your school is considering use of this company and it’s app, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It’s an extremely frustrating experience for parents to be required to deal with such a poorly designed and developed application. It’s almost as if there is no QA department at all at the development company that built it.

Having two kids in different schools which use this platform is such a pain because of complete lack of thought given to how to make this experience actually work. It wastes so much time, there was a hack you could do by setting the same password but with a recent app update you now have to log out and log back in, even if both schools have the same password. It is such a gigantic waste of time, every day!

Since the last update I can no longer login. I cant change the password, use the password, nothing. And now the school wants the parents to use this as mandatory beginning Nov 8th 🤬

I have an account, I know because I was able to log in before, however, I had to delete the app due to it not loading at all, and when I tried to log in once again, it said my account didn’t exist. This is upsetting since I need this app to be able to enter school, without it I’m not allowed in.

I don’t know what happened to this company, but the customer support and the rampant issues affecting parent logins is ridiculous!
Also, where is the SP Visitor Management in the App Store? We need to reinstall it and now it’s gone.
Seriously looking into another option if they don’t fix this ASAP.

This app is so horribly made. I just want to click calendar dates to show my child’s absence from school and guess what? There are no dates to click. Nothing. It shows a blank calendar I’ve tried for weeks and it never works.

The school I work for uses SchoolPass to track students and transportation. I have to tap in each student as they board the bus. The App is slow, logs out for f it’s own, and generally frustrating. Rarely does it work well. There has got to better apps out there.
