Add a feature that teachers can schedule broadcasts or messages to be sent out on a certain date at a certain time.

Everything is good but…
After the recent update any message typed out is in lowercase unless manually switched. I would like for it to go back to automatically putting uppercase letters at the beginning of each sentence. Not sure why this was changed.

I absolutely love using this app. It is super convenient and user friendly. My one complaint is that it needs to be upgraded, and fix the issue of making sure when changes are made to the classroom—updated or removed phone numbers— they are changed in the app as well. Everything that is changed on a base computer should be changed in the app as well.

Terrible interface
I only use this because I’m a teacher and it’s a district requirement. Their online and mobile interface are awful to navigate, super glitchy where it doesn’t work half the time, and not user-friendly at all. They said to roll back to the previous update because the new one doesn’t work, but the first one sucked too. This system needs a complete overhaul with specific teacher feedback. I’ve been asking them to add scheduled broadcasts for months and they respond with a very copy-paste “that’s in our future updates” response that doesn’t seem genuine at all.

School Status difficulties
School Status is required by our district. I love how everything is in one place and electronic. It really helps me keep track of parent communication. HOWEVER, I am constantly having connection issues. When I really need to call a parent, the call is dropped or never even attempts to call them. ESPECIALLY when using the app. It’s really frustrating, because I don’t like using my personal number, but sometimes I’m desperate to get a hold of a parent. I also wish I could schedule my broadcast messages. This would make life so much easier.
Great Product!
My main goal is to always communicate with parents as it makes a huge difference in student success! This app makes all this possible and more! I would definitely recommend this app and system!

Needs a serious update
Now that I have an iPhone 14, I can’t seem to retrieve messages on the app anymore because the messages are now stuck behind the battery. I constantly have notifications that I can only get to on my PC, making this app completely useless. There also needs to be a way to unselect students from a class when sending a broadcast. This needs an update both on the app and the PC version.

Love that they’ve made an app! I can communicate with my students parents whenever I am away from my computer! Also great to be able to call/text like you would regularly!

Inaccessible Features not Optimized for 14 Pro
School Status was always mediocre to begin with, but on the iPhone 14 Pros, the icons and buttons have not been optimized and are inaccessible 85% of the time. Usually, the only way to access them is to wait for a message and tap the notification. Also the letters in messages run outside the box when typing or scrolling the message… the website is far better.
