It can be hard to track everything you eat (everyday) and frustrating to stop your workout to type what exercise you did. Scoopful is made so that the least amount of effort is needed to properly track your eating and exercise progress. The screens aren't cluttered with tons of text or choices, just straight-to-the-point text and buttons. Exercise tracking is a simple type-tap function so you're not typing the same thing over and over!
For your diet, which we like to call "eats", daily calories and macros are displayed right on the home screen along with their daily goals. As you consume food/drinks throughout the day your calories and macros will update as you tap what you've consumed. As you save common foods you eat they will display on your home screen, then you just tap that meal once and done - you've logged your "eat" along with its calories and macros! And with the meal planning option, you can put all of your planned meals on your home screen of the app so that everyday you have a list of the foods/drinks you plan to consume that day. Just open the app, tap that planned item on the home screen, and that's it! There's even a portion option for each meal so you don't have to create anything new just for a different portion of what you usually eat, just tap the portion amount you've consumed.
For your exercises, you can also save common exercises that you like to do so that starting your workouts is faster and easier. You can see your progress over time for each exercise you save and your personal records (PR) for each. And the only workout plans on here are the ones you want for yourself, which means you can keep following your current workouts or your favorite social media influencer workouts. You can create workout routines so you can simply group your saved exercises together to start your workouts even more quickly, or stop guessing what exercises you have to do. With the workout planner you can pick a day on the calendar and designate what you plan to workout - it will even pop up on your home screen that day so you see what you have already planned.
AND there are a few more helpful features!
- Supplement tracker. Do you take vitamins, supplements or other items for your well-being or fitness goals? You can track these items with the supplement tracker. You'll know if you've taken a supplement for the day and how ago you've taken it. You'll also have the dosage and instructions for each supplement.
- Weight Tracker. A simple weight input for you to quickly enter your current body weight and see progress over time on a graph. You can even view your entire weight input history to see where you started from.
- Videos for exercises. Did you forget what a certain exercise looks like? No problem, you can attach a YouTube video of that exercise to your saved exercises. So even in the middle of a workout you can go and view it then continue your workout.
- Upload your own pictures of meals and exercises. You understand yourself the best, but sometimes we forget what we mean when we type something. With Scoopful you can attach your own photos of foods or exercises or exercise machines to know exactly what you're tracking.
