Bug fixes. On iPads, if open, the Flashcard Notes menu is dismissed, if user presses the back button. Slideshow restarted when device is woken up.

Very slow image load; Minimal instrument info

This app is disappointing. The images load very slowly over 3-4 seconds on an iPhone X. The information for each instrument is minimal as well. You only get the category (measuring, cutting, etc.), name, and specialty it’s commonly used in. There is no explanation of what is unique about the form or function.

It is also not optimized for the iPhone X but this isn’t my reason for giving one star.

Not worth my 5 dollars

The “slide show” portion of the app doesn’t work. Any time I click the slide show button, the app just shuts down.

Able to add

I love the app and it works great for my surgical tech program. But their are some missing. I would LOVE to be able to take pics and add to the app.

Great app, but some instrument names are incorrect

This is a great app for learning instruments! The only problem is that some of the names for the instruments are incorrect. I can edit them which is great, but if I didn't already know the name of the instrument I would be learning the wrong name for some of these which defeats the purpose! There are also other common instruments that I think should be in these decks. If these two things were updated this app would be absolutely perfect!

I Wish We Would Have Had This When I Was in Surgical Tech School!

What a great new App! I have been working in Surgery first as a Surgical Technician and then as an Operating Room Nurse since 1993. This App is very well organized with great detail. I like how you are able to take quizzes on the instruments, even breaking them down by services. If you are a Surgical Tech student or thinking about becoming a Surgical Technician then this is the App for you. If you currently work in Surgery, this is a great resource to have as well.
I think the cool thing is seeing my children playing the App. It cracks me up watching them trying to pronounce the names of the instruments.

I've been looking for an App like this!

I searched for an App like this about 2 years ago, so when I saw that this was available I purchased it instantly. I love this app! I have been a surgical tech for a year and a half now and this has proven to be more than useful. In our hospital we have teams and I am on the General service. This thanksgiving I had to work and we had a few Orthopedic cases. Scrub Deck definitely helped me brush up on some instruments that I do not see on a daily basis, or even on a monthly basis. I definitely recommend it ! :)

Great App for all OR staff

Clear pictures of real instruments! What a great reference for anyone that works in an operating room. I showed it to a surgeon that said he wished he had it when he first moved from the South to the Northeast- he said, "many of the instrument names are different up here." Look up index is especially helpful if you are working in a service line that you aren't used to setting up or haven't worked in for a while.

It is an okay app, it doesn't give all of the names of the instruments. Full names are required, on the test. So, you should be accurate especially if u want me to pay for it. Wait, I did pay for it, I wish I didn't pay bc now I have to go back to the Internet, and search time that way. I have some ideas that you developers could do to make this more of useful app..

Fantastic App

When I saw this app and I thought it is absolutely awesome. I am a surgeon and I believe this app provides the nurses, PAs, srub technologists, and student with knowledge that is difficult to find anywhere. This is well organized and designed. It is easy to use and personalize. I would highly recommend this app to anyone in the operative suite.

Great App!

I wish I had access to something like this when I was in tech school! Wicked good way to review especially when you feel overwhelmed as a student with the thousands of different instruments! Great to have to keep myself updated on all the different service instruments!
