I have to enter my credentials multiple times and it doesn’t always accept it even though I am very careful and watching every character.

Streaming no longer works since update to ios14. Reached out to customer service more than a month ago and still no response. Horrible.

No one in this company knows anything about TiVo. Every time you ask a question or a have complaint they tell you to talk to someone else. Paying $250 a month on my bill and I’ve been without my TiVo working properly for months. I can’t get through anybody’s head, what I’m trying to tell them because no one has a TiVo. No one knows how to use TiVo and no one cares about. Really bad customer service after the last 3 three weeks at least it’s a total mess. The TiVo app opens to service electric account, not TiVo. They don’t know what what I’m talking about. Asking if I’m trying to watch online. Yes online on your app. What app” omg
