Shows you live weather and maritime measurements, forecasts, weather, wind and sea-maps. All for the Dutch coast, and North Sea.

All data comes directly from the dutch meteorological an hydrological government institutions, KNMI and Rijkswaterstaat.

Please do note: the interface language of this app is in Dutch.

Location:
The rough location permission is necessary to enable the apps to show you your local weather- and maritime data. It is not used nor stored for anything else at all.

V4.0 - The app has now been expanded with an extra tab with wind forecasts for the whole of the Netherlands, and detailed charts with the wind forecast for Wadden, IJsselmeer and Zeeland. Both in knots and in Beaufort: for the next 36 hours, a chart for every hour.
+ Fix for the Coastal warnings and North Sea warnings charts: these now work properly again and are always up to date.

HARMONIE is a very advanced and detailed weather model by the Dutch meteorological institute KNMI, for the Netherlands and the Dutch waters. Our servers generate these maps four times daily, straight from the raw model data stream. Please see the Model tab in the weather app for more details.
