App will not open
So frustrated. After last update to the app, I can no longer open the app it crashes every time I try to log on. I did my results awhile back and I’m afraid if I delete and re-download it, then I won’t be able to recover my data. Can’t report it as an issue with the store because for some reason it tells me that I have no purchase for the app to file issue with. I’m stuck without access to my test data now and no clue how to get it again.

11 months and still no results
I received an email last December 2020 stating that I would have my results by January 2021. I reached out again in September 2021 and received a message that they were backed up due to the pandemic but will process my sample soon. That was almost 2 months ago. It should also be noted that the company has changed their name during this time. When I submitted my sample, it was Orig3n.

Bought as part of Noom membership, which I’ve since have also cancelled - I never received results despite emails back and forth. It’s been over 9 months since I sent my results in - a scam, crooks, absolute waste.
Based on all of the reviews I’m not alone. Even a Google search reveals just how shady and awful this company is. Wondering perhaps if there’s enough merit for a class action lawsuit?

No results after over a year
Especially frustrating considering when I got their automated email that they were busy because of covid and it would take 6-8 weeks to process (which never happened), they were still selling tests. So, I guess not too busy to make more money and not deliver results as promised.

Don’t waste your money on this! Paid and sent dna sample over 8 months ago. No way to communicate with them and no results. They got sample because I mailed it with tracking and they acknowledged receipt but never gave results.

I purchased several DNA test kits for several hundred dollars total and sent them in. Never received results and then the company changed names. Never got a refund. Do not do business with this company.

THIEVES - ADD THIS TO YOUR NOT TO DO LIST
I purchased a $60 swab kit. The app started as Orig3n. Now it is Seaport.
I sent in my swab kit well over a year ago. I cannot get any response from anyone at this company.
Seems to be on point with the other 1 star reviews on here.
It’s pretty sickening this company has taken so much money from people with zero response.
Hopefully people read these reviews before purchasing any of Seaport’s kits. I sure wish I had.
