What the heck???
This app is a total waste of time, actually it’s a joke! Sadly, I think the joke is on everyone who downloads it thinking it’s ANYTHING like the actual Storm organization!
This app is a hall of mirrors and virtually everything that you might tap or click on doesn’t seem to do anything at all.
I expected schedules, ticket opps, lots of swag opps, team member bios and game comments... but I guess that’s asking too much.
Oh, and to be crystal clear about my first impression... I downloaded it to my iPadAir and it WON’T RUN! KEEPS CRASHING TO THE DESKTOP! HUH?? To be fair, I loaded it to my iPhone and for what it’s worth, it runs there. But, it’s a waste of time.

Storm App
Trying to access my account within the app, I keep getting a message saying ticketmaster thinks I’m a bot. Hope I can get in the game but not sure how, as I can’t access my season ticket in the app. I’m excited about the new season in a new arena, but this doesn’t reflect well on the Storm and dims the excitement.

Can”t add tickets to my apple wallet
I have an IPhone 11 Pro and despite pop ups encouraging me to add my storm tickets to my digital wallet there is no way to do so. No wallet icon show up anywhere.

Disappointing
Except for the stats, almost nothing seems to work as intended. Can’t check in at games & the competitive portion of the app is confusing. The tutorial is virtually worthless because it does little more than repeat the titles of sections! I would love to see & use a more functional app!

Refresh rate needs to improve
It doesn't refresh fast enough for the subbing that is done, my app says there is 3minutes in the game but in real life we are at 1 min and there has been 2 rotations of subs...

Storm deserves better :(
Check in doesn’t work. Freezes frequently. Lots of errors. Please fix this! It’s so sad!! I would use it all the time if it just worked!!

Frustrating
Using it during a game is distracting, changing players every few seconds goes against being a fan and enjoying the game , the randomness of earning points seems meaningless, stats don’t load

It doesn't refresh in real time when playing player pick. It's slow, and really is not much more than a fancy link to the website. Boo
