Remaster appreciation
I gotta say, I appreciate every single remaster this team is putting out. Even when I had the bad luck of purchasing a game the night before it was remastered, I still appreciate the chance enjoy a solid game for free. I’ve even gone back and played the remastered versions of games I’ve already paid for and completed because why not? So thanks.

Good except bug!
I am having the same issue as other users with the “arrow board” mini game. All are in the correct position but top left and top right will not register as correct. Have completed everything else I have access to and therefore cannot play anymore until this is corrected. Saw the developer says they will work on this.... hope they fix it as I would love to finish the game. Hesitate to download another until this one is corrected.
UPDATE: Its now June 18th. Well over 6 weeks since I had the problem that you responded you were working on. However, there is still no way for me to proceed in the game. Very upsetting. Should I just delete this app now? Since I cannot play it? Or is there really a fix coming?

Mostly good
I enjoy the Secret City games (did level 1; I level 2 didn’t come up in the App Store, so downloaded level 3) except for the fact that you get one gem and can only get more with the use of real money. Also, when I have looked through a walkthrough, it appears the person gets to choose between “easy” and “hard” for some of the puzzles. Wish I was able to do that. With the puzzle where you had to move circles to the correct position to finish a picture, it was so frustrating. I got to the point where all the circles were in the correct position, except for two that needed to be flipped somehow. I finally gave up and just deleted the game. I was sorry that I couldn’t finish the game.

Not designed for phones
I love these game’s and have had such a hard time finding the F2P ones, and was happy to do many from this developer. However after downloading a few of the different games they offer, I’ve ended up deleting them with in the first 10 minutes. Not because I didn’t like them or anything like that. For me the words in the mini games are to hard to read, be it poor color choice or extremely small font. These games just aren’t designed for phones, and that’s the only way I am willing and able to play. The developers really should take cell phones into consideration when designing an app for phones.

Malfunction can’t play anymore
I have to say I love all the games they come out with, however I’m so bummed that I can’t play pass the dinosaur room due to a malfunction in either the coding of the game or some other error. In the mini game with the arrows at the back door, I know I’ve placed all the arrows correctly, however the top right and left arrows (purple and blue) for some reason are not registering that they are in the correct spot. I have even double check with others on how they pass this game and I wasn’t doing anything wrong it was the game. Super sad I can’t finish it. Hopefully the developer see this and fix the issue.

Unsolvable puzzle bug
I ran into this puzzle and tried everything until I finally came in here to see if anyone else had this issue. Sure enough there it is bunch of people running into this unsolvable puzzle because of a bug in the game. This has been ongoing for a while and has not been fixed. Unless you have gems which you have to purchase you will not be able to finish this game. Up until that point it was done really well and another excellent game by them but they need to fix this bug and if they do I will come back and edit my rating.

Game was good until
Game was good until I got to the dumb arrow puzzle. I have all buttons placed at the right place, and the top left and top right which are purple and blue, they are not registering as correct even though they are! I’ve seen developer’s replies to others since may 4th saying they are working on fixing the issue, however, this issue has not been fixed! This game is ridiculous what kind of game forces players to stop playing because of a stupid bug?! The game was so good until this part ruined everything. Please fix this glitch or I’ll be forced to delete this app and give up on this game!!

Great game, but a few miscues
When deciphering the notes on the piano, the first line of the clue is obscured by the timer and ruby. Had to guess and was able to get by. Now I’m at the door with the color block/arrow clues and two (when placed correctly in their spots) are not turning green to advise they are placed correctly, so I cannot move on and open the door. Any chance of getting that fixed?

Can’t finish piano puzzle
The keys are so sensitive that it’s nearly impossible to hit just one at a time, it’s incredibly confusing what you’re even supposed to do. That sheet music isn’t clear at all. The only way I know what keys to hit is using a cheat solution and even then it taps multiple keys at once and makes me have to rest. Infuriatingly frustrating.

Update worked then broke again
Updated the game and could now pick up the boards. I placed the boards and moved to the next screen. Got the lever but when I came back to the screen with the boards, the Mortymer cutscene happened again even though the boards were already placed on the ground. So now I can’t place the lever or do anything because the graphics aren’t working.
