Secret Flow estimates and computes the best breathing pattern, tailored to you, using Apple Watch sensors.

Like in music, where notes relate to one another through harmonic systems, you can choose your own harmonic, which will stand for the number of heart beats during a breathing period (inhale and exhale).

Follow the visual guide and the haptic feedback on your wrist to increase balance, focus and mindfulness.

Your personal dashboard will guide you towards a better understanding of your trends. You will be able to interpret the provided data, in regards with your daily-life experience, your emotional context and social interactions.
