My pics/videos vanished
After I applied an update my pics/videos vanished. Didn’t have a backup. Not happy at all. Worked well until then. Can’t recommend this. I don’t typically leave reviews but ya gotta know.

I lost a my stuff with this update....why they think i would trust them again is insane.

Update wipes out exiting photos
The app did an automatic update on my iPhone and overwrote all my photos. Was a good app before the update.
