This app is for storing DIGITAL tickets only, it will NOT show e-ticket PDFs or other orders.
The See Tickets Digital Wallet allows digital tickets purchased through seetickets.com (and associated sites) to be stored safely and securely. Tickets stored in the Wallet will be linked to your See Tickets customer account and when scanned, will grant you entry to the event(s) you have purchased tickets for.
The barcode associated with any See Tickets digital ticket has been designed to be tamper proof, to deter use by touts or other unauthorised users.

Created account but can’t login through app
App says my account doesn’t exist even though I’ve already bought tickets and created an account.

App Doesn’t Work
I bought tickets and received an email confirmation of my ticket that includes the ticket number and all other relevant information for my ticket. But the app says I don’t have any tickets. This app doesn’t work. Don’t get it.

The worst app for low stress event tickets
I have used other apps and by far this one is the most unfriendly and aggravating app I’ve used for event tickets. First the website instructs the user to download the wallet app then Sync with an account. Sounds good until it tells you you don’t have any events or a See Event account. I have both. I’m fact I’m looking at my fictitious tickets in my email as I write this uncommon for me review. Save yourself a few hours of your life and avoid buying tickets from promoters using See tickets.

See is in the UK and their US transactions are separate
Took me a while to figure this out. If you do a search for See Tickets you are directed to their main website which is in the UK. If you are in the US or bought tickets in US this does not populate your orders in the UK website nor in the See Digital Wallet app even though it accepts your login and allows you to edit the contact info in your account.
To see or print orders made in the US you need to go to their US website. The link to this is in small print at the bottom of the screen.

App is trashhh
You people are morons, that app doesn’t recognize the email you use. Knowing exactly which email I’ve been using since 2019, I went into my email and found my 2019 imagine festival tickets… from the email I can go sign in and what do you know the email the app did not recognize is the email that I used originally and worked in the browser just not in the app. Literally no point in your app.I highly suggest using any other ticket vendor.

Apps do not function at all
Would be great if the app even worked, I can log into the website but the apps don’t recognize my login info at all, doesn’t make me feel like my tickets are secure at all, And in order to view tickets I have to go thru my browser, something needs to be done about this, for a company selling so many tickets to shows right now, y’all ought to start being more professional and fix all this.

I had a ticket to an event on 7/8/23. I bought the tickets with a presale discount. Tried to retrieved the email the day of the event and magically it was gone. I downloaded this app, since I have an account with See from the purchased of the ticket months before. The app did not recognize my email. This whole company’s setup is shady, as I found my account had no info on my purchase. Needless to say, I couldn’t attend the event.

Horrible service
Website & app is horrible. Order a ticket but never got the confirmation email. Logged in and system couldn’t find my order or the email linked to my order. Screen shot my receipt just in case but doesn’t allow you to look up order with your order number, ticket number, or email.
