Innovative, authentic and fun
SEEK is an Awesome app that really focuses on specific user interest. What sets it apart from other apps is that it not only recommends places to go but it targets peoples personal taste and personalities. Not only can you get food recs but you can find the coolest pop ups, gamer event, theater events, very specific food interests, music events and so many other fun things to do in the city. You can even look up by price range, type of crowd, family friendly or date spots.
It’s User friendly, a great way to connect and support local businesses. I love that you can even recommend by female owned or minority owned & support small businesses as well!

This is an incredible app for those looking for things to do in NYC. There’s tons of restaurants, bars, events, and my personal favorite - speakeasies - that I would have never know about if it wasn’t for this app and their expert curators. All of the curators have interesting niches and they deff provide a lot of valuable insights and secret tips. I deff recommend checking this app out if you’re in the NYC area. I’ve already shared it with all of my friends and family members and they’ve loved it!!!

Love getting UNIQUE recs
Most articles will push for the popular mainstream spots in NYC. What I love about this app is that they are sourcing recommendations from locals who actually know the secret spots around town that don't make these articles. For those who are not familiar with New York, Seek is a great app to find those local dives, hole in the wall restaurants, and places with fun activities to do that are refreshing and aligned with the true New York lifestyle and vibe. You'll never have to cram in line with a bunch of tourists again!

Great recs & so easy to navigate!
This was so fun and useful during my most recent trip to New York City. I had a whole day to myself before my other pals arrived and SeekRecs provided truly great recommendations for a solo traveler. I was also incredibly impressed with the interface and app layout as a whole. So easy to navigate through/sort/save different recommendations and not overwhelming at all. This is an extremely user centered and friendly app!

Seekrecs is just a great app all around when you need to find anything to do in new york city. For activities to do with friends or a great date night idea you can filter and maneuver the app to fit whatever you are looking for, I think it’s great for solo adventures as well as groups food recs. Seek has been really good for me in terms of finding new spots around the city to check out, or even if I’m in an area where I’m not sure of what to do- but want to do SOMETHING- I’m able to find it on the app. The curators are all vetted on their experience and definitely do not disappoint! Very impressed with this app. I’ve seen many “recommendation” apps, but this one seems to be making a lot of smart choices. Relying on vetted curators was a great choice. I’ve lived in New Tork most of my life and thought I knew it all but this fun app always has something new. It’s easy to navigate. Customer service is fast and responsive and I have a reservation at one of their recommendations this weekend. I like that it’s not just restaurant but also it if the box adventures!
