It’s a piece of junk! The directions are useless, the software is absolutely the worst, I connect my camera to my phone and it still states there’s no connection, the camera doesn’t take video or still photos and I can’t even be sure if it’s actually on or not. It says no internet but how is it going to have internet if I have to log off my Wi-Fi and connect to this cameras buggy-weird Wi-Fi? I’ve seen better software written by a five year old with one eye who didn’t own a computer and couldn’t read!

Like Rossco818 said just connect to the WiFi camera it will say it doesn’t support your WiFi but just ignore that and then go back to the app and don’t try to change any of the settings it does it automatically for you where it says admin on it, just press the done button on the top right corner where it say done and then click on the ap button top left and it will show you

How it’s done very simple don’t give up it works I even clicked a few picks without an sd card and it shows them
On the screen where it says click done or ap lol so simple after tinkering with this crap.

It works when it wants to. Mine kept saying no internet connection when I signed onto the camera name that was popping up. I still haven’t been able to enjoy it. The instructions are completely a waste of time and can’t even understand them. So I put the camera on it’s stand and made people think it works until I could figure it out. The circle camera kept falling off of the magnet piece and was on the floor. The zoom is only set for one setting very close. You can’t change it. When you download the app and try to set it up it’s in Chinese. I noticed that the age range on here says 4+. Maybe I am to old too understand how this crapp works and should ask my 10 year old grandson to get it working. I tried doing what the first reviewer said which was very helpful and it works whenever it wants to. But still says no internet connection which means something is wrong with it. USELESS AND CHEAP

This is a little complicated if you read the instructions.... but simple if you just do a couple of steps. Download this app. Turn on the camera. Go to your Wifi settings, find the camera wifi connection. Return to the app. The serial number will appear in the box. No need for p/word. There is a little button called AP, click on that, and WaLA your camera is working. I'm still working on what the 'mode' switch does on the camera. For now, I can watch the wildlife in the back yard. Only drawback is I can not use the regular wifi for other programs while this little camera is working. If you know how, please advise.

I’m pretty tech savvy when it comes to things like this but this was very difficult and frustrating to set up. Took about 20 minutes of back and forth with it. This is what worked for me. Plug it up with charger, turn on with blue flashing light, go to app, click add device, connect to YOUR wifi first, then connect to the first uncommon wifi without a password the boom, SHOULD work. The camera wifi name was not the same as the one that actually worked for it. Now I haven’t used the camera yet but did turn on and was working. I’m sure I’ll have to tweak it some. Hope this helps!

It does what you need it to, I just wish it had notifications for motion sensors it’s a difficult process to set it up if you arnt tech savvy once it’s set up though it’ll work as long as your Wi-Fi it on and it’s plugged in, I had mine unplugged and off for weeks, just plugged it back in since it’s posted in the same spot, and it instantly re connected like nothing happened so once you know how to use it, it works, I wish they’d update the app and make it more intricate

I thought the same, that it does not work and yes, the instructions are terrible. However, playing with it for an hour I got it to work. Once you download this app, go to your iPhone settings, change your WiFi to whatever the camera has added. Example ACCQXXXXXXXFJULZ. Then go back to the app and it should work. I’m trying to get it to work on my WiFi, but it says it doesn’t support 5.1, only 2.4. I came on here to see if there was an software update. Good luck, I hope this helped a little

This app is EXTREMELY hard to navigate and understand- let alone get one of their junky cameras connected to it to even see video. Not to mention was last updated a year ago so I’m sure that is huge problem considering phones have had many upgrades/updates/changes since then.

I really could go on and on about how crappy and extremely difficult it was for me (who grew up around phones and computers) to ATTEMPT to get it connected to my phone. Half the steps I did that got me closer to connecting it - weren’t even on the 3 step instructions. It’s really just a hassle, I promise.

I have no idea why quality control means NOTHING anymore but this has been the most tremendous waste I have experienced lately! The instructions are absolutely pointless! The setup is seemingly impossible! If you connect to the camera directly you can get a picture but no one wants this method! If you cannot connect the camera to your home network and access it then what’s the point! The camera seems like it could be alright but the app/software/instructions is a HUGE NOPE! BUY SOMETHING BETTER! Remember you get what you pay for! In this case SCREWED

Please don’t think I was giving the app 5 stars, but I agree with everything the previous reviewer said, and am very thankful for the instructions he left for the other users trying to figure out the Chinese instructions from the actual camera. I’d say the app is about a 1 🤷‍♂️
